The front desk staff are excellent, the rooms are clean for the most part, everything works as it should for the age of the hotel and the abuse that the rooms have seen from past guest. The front desk staff do the best they can to address issues to make the stay as best as the can. And if the room is not going to work for you the staff do their best to fix the issues.

All the staff are kind and always accomidating my early check-ins for my overnight shifts. I'm traveling X-ray tech and I stay here every weekend. Linda the manager has been above and beyond to help me with my odd schedule and it is greatly appreciated! -Krystal C

If you’re looking for a smelly and dirty hotel this is the place for you! We arrived to a dirty room with debris on the floor, stains on the counters, falling lights and terrible smells. When housekeeping came by they tried broom clean and cover up the mess. Looking for dishes, towels or anything else for the kitchen? Go ask the front desk and then wait for them never to arrive. This place is awful!

Lynette is a wonderful addition to the extended stay our team! She’s absolutely wonderful. What a great employee this hotel has. She is so helpful! honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, let alone in an employee!

It looks nice from the outside, but the only nice thing I can say is the staff was friendly. I was charged approximately $400.00/night and the room and hallways smelled horrible. The kind of smell that stays with you. These are 'Extended Stay' rooms, so a kitchenette and desk area, but not a single cup or paper towel to be found. 6 keys stopped working! 6! Our room was on the far end of the hotel, so I had to walk through the smelly hallways, a number of times, to get new keys. Would not recommend.

The friendly and helpful staff more than make up for the older/dated property, during peak summer season. I booked this location last minute to attend a family wedding. Over the years I’ve learned THE RIGHT PEOPLE ARE KEY. The crew here was courteous, polite, anytime of day or night.

GSR - Andrew T was a great help in getting us set up! We traveled to Salem, Massachusetts, and needed to find a hotel room for the night. Andrew T was very friendly and helpful. He was able to get us set up quickly and efficiently.

Please don’t even think about staying here !!!!!The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in 60 years . So first you walk in and the smell should make you leave right away . Then the front desk person tells you that basically there is nothing in you’re room and what you need you have to go to the front desk !!!! Even you’re own garbage they give you a bag and you have to take it to this little room and throw it away yourself!!! There were homeless people all over the place !!! I couldn’t leave that night as I didn’t really have a place to go but I ran out of that hell hole the next morning didn’t sleep a wink I was scared out of my mind !! Please read this and please Do Not stay here it was filthy too

Starting off a brand used to take pride in its business, not any more. Get into room No dishes,pans, silverware nothing. Guess their new model is go get it yourself. Then, standing by the banged up dented fridge the cabinet door fell off and landed on my toe. My 7yo found garbage next to couch (I cleaned it up, I should get a paycheck) the heater when it kicks on sounds like a plane is getting ready for take-off. Then I went to put dishes in dishwasher and it's screwed shut. Blanket had rips in it. Breakfast was a total bust. They had granola bars, single serve muffins (stale) and oatmeal. No juice no eggs, no waffles no nothing they used to do. What ever happened to being full-service hotel? Not sure if I would stay again in an Extended Stay America Hotel . This one just really disappointed me other brands I kinda expect it but not this one. I even told front desk and all I got was I will let someone know. Nothing else. WOW..... Woke up this morning to some roaches too
