The location quite far from public transport Not convenient if don't have own transportation The hotel is quite new and nice

Regarding a public transport, you can book an e-hailing service such as Grabcar or Maxim around here. Our location is familiar for e-hailing car service since we are located nearby Sunway Pyramid. We also have a free bus stop at the entry of PJCC. It takes 15-20 min trip by trip for a free bus. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Is a newly hotel with affordable prices compared to nearby hotels around. Clean & cozy. But this hotel is located in small commercial area. Breakfast variety need to improve.

Found plenty of hairs on the floor, basin and towel from someone else. It’s clean and looks new but I wonder if they properly clean the room before the next guest. Overall it’s ok, just like any other Ibis Style concept. Getting to nearby restaurant is a bit far. Getting Grab is difficult too, driver had to drive a distance to reach.

Very good and strategic location. The room is clean so is the bathroom. Breakfast is okay. Parking is ample and will definitely come again.

Perfect and clean place to stay but the parking lot entrance is too small.Staff should be honest about the additional charges such as tax and parking fees.

Comfortable room and have water dispenser in each floor. One downside is tight basement parking.

I stay here every 2 weeks and all of them can remember me. 1 thing I need you guys improve is the cleaning because it is not clear enoght

Hotel cleanliness is good, staff and service is good, room with a reasonable size. Surrounding not much food choice, all are Indian food. Anywhere the Indian food tastes good as well.

Good hotel but room not very soundproof. Can hear door closing and open next door. Too noisy after 12am with china guest shouting with their next door gang. Basement parking is a challenge for SUV & MPV as the entrance is narrow.

The hotel is very nice peaceful place. Only thing is parking is not free even hotel stay n not much of activity there lots of Malay food ard the area. Overall is a nice clean hotel..

Our carpark is from third party company so it required a payment since our basement carpark used barrier parking for safety.
