Firstly I would like to thank Trip com for contacting the hotel and the service you provided. As for the service from the hotel, it was insulting. Booked a deluxe balcony room with aircon but the aircon wasn't working and was then asked if I would like a fan, which I declined. I was moved to another deluxe room but was informed that I would have to move again the next day as it was pre-booked. Next day was when the fun began. I was then moved to a standard twin room next to a room under construction, which was impossible to stay in due to the constant drilling and banging. I explained this to the receptionist and was moved to the room below this with the same noise problems. Once again I'm moved and again into a standard twin room. Much better as there was less noise but still not the deluxe room I initially booked. It was then that I contacted Trip.com and explained the situation. After around an hour the receptionist came and I moved again into a family room with a balcony. The room was ok apart from only one half of the room was cleaned ( view the photos) Thanks for your help Trip com and a big thank you to Silver mounts for ruining a few relaxing days in Phnom phen.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Great room for a three-star hotel, breakfast is very tasty and varied. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, which allows you to visit all the main attractions on foot. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly guys who are ready to help. Thank you for the warm welcome, I hope to come back again someday!

Excellent for budget friendly travellers. Good location if you want to explore Phnom Penh

Pros: excellent location, walkable distance to mekong riverside. Clean unit, cold aircon Cons: the locksafe is not working. Lift can be faster.

It was below expectation. While the location is good and is close to Royal Palace, the room has a big cockroach on wall which then come on to bed past midnight. The cleanliness can be better, despite finally the room changed next day. Also there is a construction with strong noise from 8am-11pm, if you like to rest and sensitive to noise might be quite annoying.

Shouldn't spray chemicals in room next door. The strong smell and probably unhealthy fumes come through the thin walls as well. Lucky there was another room to move to.

The hotel was in a great location, the hotel is a really bit old, mas was worth the price. They have breakfast, but you have to choose one plate from the menu, is good, but if you have something savory, you can not have something sweet.

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The view was much better: the first time my windows faced the wall, whereas now I could actually see some city landscape. The staff was friendly, but it would be great if they could help with the basic things, e.g. how to get to the airport or to the most popular sights. The breakfast was again delicious.

My 10th stay at Silver Mounts. Seems to recently changed owners. Sub $20 this place rocks. Don't expect the Hyatt but beds are comfortable , towels sheets extra are clean. Hot cold water. A/C BLOWS COLD(though first thing I always do is clean the filters of any hotels a/c). Good black out curtains. Mini fridge. Two bottles water a day complimentary. Room safe that is actually bolted down. Fit my 15" laptop. Staff is the best.

Perfectly ok for a cheap hotel, we had a noisy room at the front of the hotel but that was just luck of the draw, good location near night market and river
