Location is ok, in front hotel always have tuktuk available. Convenience and easy. Breakfast is ok. But the room I got didn’t clean up very well, once I enter the hotel and the rubbish bins is not cleaned.

Receiption is good service and take care customers. Breakfast is not having too many choices but general is good.
Location is good and walking distance to Aeon Mall. Nearby having a lot of massage places.

The hotel is very hygienic and there is a lot of dust. I had health problems after checking out. I went to the hospital for treatment. The hotel's central air conditioning system may have a virus. The breakfast was also very poor.

Hotel room is big and clean it really comfortable, with big and nice views swimming pools 👍 specially hotel breakfast very good, the staff very nice and friendly,

Bullies, scammers and gangsters. Hotel did not reimburse me medical expenses as promised and even refused to refund my deposit. Suffered a concussion after their rain shower dislodged and only got appropriate medical treatment 1.5 hours later. Thereafter we got bullied out of the hotel and was made to miss our flight. Room was full of dirt and shards of glass hidden in the carpets. Housekeeping was inadequate.

Heavily focused on Chinese tourists hotel. We were the only non-chinese customers. It was a bit weird.
The room was clean but filled with smoking smell so we ended up changing another room. Lots of rooms were empty in the building. Overall dark atmosphere.
The breakfast was pretty good but hotel played unpleasant songs all the time which disturbed our breakfast.
Service was good and very helpful.

It was a very nice stay in Ocean Hotel. Early Check in was possibly at 12:30 and we get an upgrade room, because the hotel didn’t had a bathtub like we wanted. We got a nice room in upper level floor H5. The room had very comfortable beauty shower items. A big tv screen to watch even only YouTube programs for not Chinese people. The breakfast was good and the stuff prepared everything we ordered extra like omelette, mango one delicious latte macchiato. We asked for late check out at 1pm. Mr. Hong was very polite and agreed the late check out. Thank you so much for your kindness. We were feeling very welcome all the time during our stay. The roof top bar is very nice during the night having some drinks and the swimming pool we enjoyed having a good view over the town. We recommend this hotel to enjoy holiday or business trips. Around there are some good all you can eat restaurants to enjoy a perfect dinner also. We would like to come back again. Thanks and good times!
