Facility management is lacking. Slippery and prone to falling. Sewing pool is nice but little bit dirty

The hotel is in a great location at the 1 end of long Beach, within walking distance of both the town, night market and beach with various beach bars and restaurants. It has a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea with loungers to relax on. We found the breakfast and serving staff to be fantastic. The hotel itself seems as if it was grand in its day, but is now showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance in some areas. We had mixed experience with service, the breakfast restaurant was great, but other service like the pool wasn't as great. There never were clean towels when we used the pool, just a pile of dirty ones, nor service. The reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but not all. Some could speak English, but there was a lack of understanding, which led to mis-communication when trying to get service. We enjoyed our time at the hotel regardless and would recommend it.

Good location within walking distance to Doung Dong town. But hotel need to do maintenance.

@Resort_Sunviet Fraud Manager and Fraud Hotel. Pls read whole review and too see thier fraudulent activity Pls do not stay at this hotel. First the washroom is not comfortable and very small for a Suite I booked. 2nd the room is very old and bad not comfortable. 3rd the staff is very rude and are fraud. I hired a bike and I was told the charge is 150 VND for one and half days. After I returned the bike at the reception and offered to pay the told me pls pay next day at check out. Now when I am checking out and leaving for the airport the rude manager on duty today 16 dec 23 around 7 30 am says the cost is 300VND. He says I can check the video recording but all this at the last moment when I had to catch a flight. He was lying and was very rude and this was well planned to quote double charge just at the time of check out.i agreed to listen to the recording but he was deliberately wasting time and not even going to the recording room. I have uploaded the photo below. Please don't stay at this hotel the staff is very very rude and have fraudulent intentions.

Видно, что архитектура отеля в свое время была задумана с размахом - просторный вестибюль, высокие этажи, просторные по площади номера, центральный атриум, большой бассейн. На данный момент отель находится в очень уставшем состоянии и требует реновации: - старая отделка и мебель; - кондиционер работает плохо и не охлаждает практически совсем; - вечером не было горячей воды; - канализация засорена и вода из душевой кабины переливалась через трап в ванную комнату и затапливала ее; - от дороги никакой звукоизоляции. Не понравилось световое окно над входной дверью в номер, всю ночь в номере свет. Беспокоили ночью комары, защиты от них не предлагалось. Завтрак самый простой, для тех, кто не любит азиатскую еду, выбора практически нет, но это уже вопрос стоимости услуг. Телевизор включить не смогли. Своего песчаного пляжа нет (рядом городской). Несмотря на недостатки, в отеле чисто, полотенца и белье белые чистые. Но очень все уныло, не советую даже на одну ночь.

โรงแรงใกล้ถนนคนเดินกลางคืน ใกล้แหล่งของกิน มีรถบัสจาก สนามบินผ่าน เดินทางสะดวกมาก ติดทะเล วิวสวย อาหารเช้าเยอะ คุ้มราคามาก พนักงานช่วยเหลือดี พูดภาษาอังกฤษพอได้

บริการแบบเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาดพอสมควร สระว่ายน้ำน้ำขุ่นไปนิด แต่วิวพระอาทิตย์ตกสุดยอดเลย อาหารเช้าใช้ได้เลยรสชาติอร่อยดี มีให้เลือกพอสมควร มะม่วงอร่อยดี มีถั่วใส่เกลือให้กินคู่อร่อยไปอีกแบบ ส่วนเฝอน้ำซุปอร่อย ซดร้อนๆ อร่อยเลย

景色は良いですが古いホテルで設備がメンテナンスされていません。コンセントが壊れてて、ショートして電化製品が壊れてしまいました。でも、かなりリーズナブルなので、目的に応じて使えば良いと思います。

連續兩天入住，每天早餐也沒有選擇，就只有一樣粉，麪包，入住的房間裏空調老舊不製冷，會把人熱死。傢俱也是發黴的味道，

這個飯店距離楊東夜市很近、以這種價位CP值還蠻高的，最主要他是賣景色，每天下午都可以看到夕陽有游泳池景色是很優美.（有租摩托車）服務
