Honestamente, nem sei bem como começar... - Localização: Longe do ideal. - Preço: Exorbitante, especialmente considerando a qualidade do serviço. - Limpeza: As condições do quarto são terríveis; há um odor de mofo insuportável na entrada. O banheiro é insuportavelmente quente e fede a urina. - Equipe e serviço: A hospitalidade é notavelmente deficiente. Parece que há pouca preocupação com as necessidades dos hóspedes — um afastamento do espírito acolhedor normalmente encontrado em Phuket. - Outros: Os móveis do quarto são antigos. A vista da varanda é essencialmente de lixo. A roupa de cama e a limpeza geral do quarto deixam muito a desejar. Escolhemos o Ibis Phuket Kata esperando a confiabilidade e o valor frequentemente associados a hotéis de rede. No entanto, o que encontramos foi chocantemente ruim. Apesar de gastar cerca de US$ 100 por noite para uma estadia de três noites, nossa experiência ficou significativamente aquém até mesmo dos albergues e pousadas mais básicos. FORTEMENTE NÃO ACONSELHADO!!! FIQUE LONGE DESTE HOTEL!! POR FAVOR, ACREDITE EM MINHA PALAVRA! ACREDITE EM MIM, VOCÊ PODE ENCONTRAR MUITAS OPÇÕES MELHORES EM TODO PHUKET!!!!!

The locations is good in the middle of shopping stores bar shops and restaurants near the kata beach with shuttle bus pick up and drop off.

The service is not good. I don't want to revisit The system is not organized. There are many better hotel in kata

I had a great experience during my stay at IBIS Hotel. It's in a good location, walkable distance from Kata beach and supermarkets. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay if you are looking for a 3 star stay at affordable prices. Nice location, however its not a busy area unlike Patong, Karon etc. we missed the opportunities of night shopping in this area

Very good hotel and very clean I have a good room with pool view and location very good near to the beach and the market

The housekeepers always make sure that the room smells nice and fresh. The room was not so big but clean and cozy inside. Nice little balcony, decent bathroom and complimentary for tea packages and Nescafe's. I had a good experience staying at Ibis Kata Phuket and will definitely stay there again next time.

This hotel is near to the kata beach. The hotel are ok and the service is good.

The stay at the hotel wasn’t bad, but if you spend a lot of time at the beach you have to ask them for a new towel on your own as they change it when the towel is in the room; the bed lining isn’t changed until asked as well. The number of sockets is limited, only on the one side of the bed, if there are two people, it’s inconvenient to charge phones or other staff. The room is rather tiny. The location is good, close to the beach and walking food street .

This Phuket hotel was a dream! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the sea. The pool was a fantastic oasis, and the cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Although the location is great the rooms are very small and service isn’t super good. The buffet breakfast was quite good.

Better than expectation albeit room is abit old. Cleanliness is good and close to kata beach too.
