Good Hotel overall. Rooms are large and clean with good view over the swimming pool. Breakfast is simple, not too much choice. Location is OK, short walk to restaurants and nice beach. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

I choose that hotel, because it was cheap at Golden week ( 01.10-06.10), not far from the sea, and in territory they have a swimming pool. Hotel is quite , staff try did everything for customers comfort. Clean room every day, bring free water, but, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no combs, for hotel there level it must bee. Breakfast was same everyday, but always fresh, quite place for relaxing.

During my stay here at the resort, the staff were really amazing. They are friendly and attend to your needs as quickly as they can. This place is really great value for money and I would recommend this to anyone.

Loved the resort. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The location is good, if you want to come for relaxation and family time. Not very busy like Patong. Will definitely come again.

Emailed how several times before arriving to ask for late check out as was doing Spartan never relied. Wouldn't give a later check out in person either. Shower knob broke firdt night and need attention again the second day.

Service on arrival in the evening was poor and room allocation was incorrect. Food at breakfast was not replenished unless requested and ‘hot’ food options were warm at best. Had to regularly ask the cleaner for items ie. towels and the room floor didn’t appear to have been either swept or mopped at all during the 10 days we stayed.

Chivatara resort is a pretty nice property , all rooms are spacious and offer a view on the central pool. The swimming-pool is really a plus it is quite big and water is clean, definitely a nice resort with good price for value👍

Liked the hotel, it was quiet (first 2 nights I seemed to be almost alone), pool is big and deep (1,75); there is a separated place for little kids though. Breakfast was plain and at a first sight seemed not enough for an adult, but they kept bringing new dishes so in the end it was more than enough for one. Location is not bad, quite isolated a bit and at the same time 5-7 minutes ocean reach, that’s what I was looking for.

It might not be a full 4 star hotel..but well worth the money... Hugh rooms, Large bathroom, very clean, pool unbelievable large..great location, easy to find... friendly staff..I will definitely return!
