Reservado no dia errado, mas não recebeu nenhum conselho ou correção da recepção. Como alguém que trabalha em hotel também, o atendimento aqui é muito ruim, não há conhecimento, não há capacidade de tomar decisões no local de trabalho. Sem serviço

Reception & housekeeping not friendly at all. Even iron board they don't have. Phone not working in the room. Shower amenities incomplete. No Concierge to keep our bags with proper tagged. Anyone can just claim their luggage. At night guess no respect of other guesses. Keep talking and screaming loudly. . I wouldn't stay there anymore.

Not accessible to everything though 711is nearby. The one i booked is different from the photo i saw online I decided to checked out they asked me why i told them i dont feel safe with my room staying alone. They transferred me to a newer room and i feel much better. Location is far from the beach area u need taxi going there and pay around 200bht one way.

Hotel wasn't nothing like its pictures I wouldnt recommend the beds are hard might aswell sleep on concrete I paid for to nights I looked at my room when got there and just left the hotel completely

There is no shower gel or toothbrush. Be ready for that before you check in and buy everything at 7eleven. Coz usually we see are tired when checking in and just want to take shower, but not run to 7eleven. The floor in a shower side is super dirty and seems like never been cleaned.
