incredible dealings with the customer. At first we were "moved" to a better room for free and after the first shower we had a swimming pool in the bathroom (there was no waste), so we moved with all things at midnight. In 2 days we wanted to extend the accommodation for another 2 nights and the receptionist told us about 1x more expensive price per night without breakfast. Upon arrival, they told us at the reception that we did not have breakfast, but fortunately we had a voucher where everything was written. So extending your room at the front desk with the assumption that they will give you the best price as they will not pay the fees of the company through which you book it was wrong. So we made a reservation via trip.com like last time. We told the receptionist that we had extended 2 nights with breakfast and she broke in English that they had given us a better room before and this is not what we booked, so we have to move again !!! The hotel is empty and doesn't care where we stay, but she really forced us to move to the next room on the other side of the building.
I'd rather leave now. Strange stink in the room, the maids don't let you sleep, they knock on you every 5 minutes and they don't speak English. And the bathroom where they moved us? There are a lot of hotels in Thailand that are much cheaper and accommodation, the arrangement is up to standard and everyone is nice and smiling ....
So consider the trip to this hotel, especially the driveway is so steep that we had to do something to ride it on a scooter.
