Imagine uma praia branca e fofa, imagine areia como pó, não imagine mais nada, com Racha entre os pés e entre os dedos dos pés ... um lindo hotel isolado no meio do nada, com nada além de dois restaurantes e bar ... . Idílico se você só quer fugir, longe de tudo, se perder em uma noite estrelada e dormir onde os sonhos flutuam em memórias perdidas…. Hospedado em uma piscina de spa Villa…. A água estava bastante fria na Villa, no entanto, os quartos eram fabulosamente espaçosos e luxuosos…. Fiquei bastante impressionado com toda a experiência do APP digital no check-in, no entanto, acho que eles têm muito a fazer para unir a experiência offline e online…. O APP parece fabuloso, mas a experiência do cliente termina aí…. Dito isto, um local encantador com funcionários simpáticos…. Afinal, você está em uma ilha, sem competição, então o que você esperava…. Desfrutei de uma corrida matinal pela ilha e depois de um mergulho no mar….. Ioga com Julie foi maravilhoso….bar agradável e funcionários atenciosos do bar …. Incluindo o estranho lagarto itinerante

The location was incredible. So much space to walk around within the hotel area, with all this wonderful nature surrounding you. The room is nice and clean, bed was comfy and they have many choices for channels (even showing football channels). Shower was nice and they have hot water. Pool was also well maintained. You’ll sleep peacefully at night there for sure. Beach is walking distance. The rooms are definitely very well maintained. 5 star prices but definitely worth it.

This hotel is superb. From our arrival to our checkout day, everything is superb. The hotel provides speedboat service from Chalong Pier to Racha. Our Room is super clean and they did the Birthday decorations that I requested. Definitely will stay here again in our next Phuket trip.

The beaches and snorkelling are amazing. Water is crystal clear. Hotel staff is nice, accommodation is luxury.

This was my fourth trip to the Phuket area and I could not have been happier with my decision to stay at The Racha. The island, and the resort were beautiful, and the staff was extremely accommodating, reactive and pleasant. While the resort was lovely, the highlight of my stay was the diving. I conducted nine dives with The Racha’s dive center and my wife did four; we did the day diving trip to Racha Noi and that was fantastic. The instructors/dive masters were extremely professional, patient, and pleasant. I had one of the top (if not the top) overall diving experiences of my life. Will definitely look to return in the future.

The ride over was easy for those with boat experience. The beach was beautiful and it was a great experience overall. I wasn’t crazy about having to check out at 10:30, and I generally feel like the hotel is more about taking pictures than building experiences.
