Fiquei aqui por 4 noites. O atendimento foi rápido e via WhatsApp para que a comunicação pudesse ser feita em qualquer lugar a qualquer hora. Villa está escondida na encosta em um lugar muito isolado. Houve um menu para escolher para o café da manhã que é decente. Um bolo de cortesia foi dado, assim como estávamos comemorando um aniversário que agradecemos. Apenas cuidado com os mosquitos!

O restaurante fecha às 19h, nada por perto para comer, mas você pode pegar comida, quarto espaçoso, mas o design do loft é meio problemático para subir e descer!

Quiet and away from all night life. Beautiful design of the villa. Only lots of mosquitoes, even the doors, are closed and repellent applied. It is a nice place for those who prefer a peace and quiet place for relaxation

The room is generally very clean, but there are different bugs that surround the room, but it is the problem of living near the nature. The staff responded fast and are very helpful. The WhatsApp group certainly speeds up communication. In general I’m satisfied and may visit this place again!

We loved the room so much with the private pool and the view. The location is so far and isolated and very difficult to commute from and to the resort. It is great of you wanted to have some quality time as we did, but the food was a challenge. We had to order takeaways as the resort don’t offer a lot of options, which can be costly. We had an issue with the checkout timing, we went out early in the morning and because of the location we were 10 minutes late to the checkout time, we kept them posted that we will be late, they weren’t accommodating at all, they starting talking about extra charges!!! For only 10 minutes! We told them that we are on our honeymoon, no gestures no nothing…..

Super nice hotel has a swimming pool and floating breakfast. Also it has Bluetooth speakers for u to play by poolside or in room. It was super clean and no insects.

The staff of the hotel always look for opportunity to cheat money. Remember ask whether need to pay money beforehand. The hotel has no service at all and the breakfast is awful. However, the condition of the hotel is quite good.

The kitchen cabinets are old and dirty. Room cleaning service is below average. Full of water and hair near the sink the first day we checked in. Breakfast was served to the door every morning which is great, but staff always mixed-up the order. The pool is nice.

I decided to spend my birthday time with friends at this hotel, the price is not cheap and I have informed the front desk about these things. I understand the condition of being kind and respecting other guests by not making any noise. I never do that, we only speak and drink no music playing but the way the security of the hotel looked at us was disrespectful and impolite since we are all ladies over 35 years old not a girl who is under the control of her father. Keep reminding and checking many times when we did nothing wrong, disturbing our time and mental health. It is not the value of money and I would not go again for life.
