The hotel listing shows that the hotel was renovated in 2024, but only 1 out of 5 buildings has been updated. I asked to be moved to a new room they said wait until tomorrow. The cleaning crew didn't come until 3 pm while I was back in the room asked them to come back later, at 6pm I called the front desk they said the cleaning crew left already even though they were still in the hallway. The front desk workers are not customer friendly and needs to be retrained. The AC didn't work I called the front desk no one showed up I called again after an hour finally the maintenance came and said they need me to leave the room for 1 hour for repairs at 10pm, finally I was moved to a different room.

Previously stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and had a great trip. This time around had a very bad experience. The hotel was overrun, extremely busy and the staff were not attentive at all. I needed to book a room for an additional couple of nights but the website did not work as there was limited availability (apparently) Spoke to the manager or duty staff (Chay) who advised to use a different site which i did and was successful. I Then received confirmation from different site saying i had double booked due toa system error at this hotel. When i spoke to the manager regarding this he stated there was nothing he could do and i had a double booking for 2 nights (so basically ended up paying twice for 2 nights costing me hundreds extra) no one from the hotel seemed bothered about this and they simply stated it was non refundable. In addition to this they charged me 2,000 baht for a broken remote in my room (the remote and tv was so basic i have no idea how it cost this much) and they also charged me late check out. Considering how much money i wasted here (staying over 3 weeks) and with double bookings they simply wanted to make money out of me. Really disappointing and definitely wont be staying here again. Would recommend other travellers to look elsewhere as there are far better hotels than this at better prices. The only pleasant and friendly staff members are the luggage/porters (always smiling and welcoming) and one lady on the reception called Mook. the rest of the entire staff members should be replaced, including all management and front desk staff. Overall TERRIBLE.

The resort property is situated in a great location, and the room itself is decent. However, that’s where the positives end. The services are abysmal, and the staff is incredibly inflexible. To start with, our check-in was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., despite our usual check-in time being 2 p.m. They didn’t even bother to inquire about our preference for a twin or double bed and promptly assigned us a twin bed. When we requested an immediate change, they informed us that they were fully booked and that we would have to wait an entire day to check into a different room. Additionally, I had to move my own baggage to my friend’s room at 7 a.m. the next morning. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for an upgrade as compensation for the inconvenience caused, they simply requested more money.
