First impression, during checkin, the front desk informed us that the room we ordered was under construction. The employee wanted to offer us a different room. As the clerk was processing our registration, I checked on C-trip the new room that was being offered to us. I realized the room was a lower tiered room. I immediately informed the clerk that it is not ok that I paid for a 600rmb room but is now getting a 400rmb room. The clerk went to get the manager and the manager fixed the issue right way by giving us an upgrade. The house keeping service and customer service the rest of our stay was fantastic.
The decorations and structure of the entire hotel was absolutly stunning. Thoughtful touches and high quality materials can be seen in all the little details.
The hotel would've received a 5 star. However, the hotel restaurant experience was a complete nightmare. The boss at the restaurant was rude and had no customer service at all. The first morning, he said the only thing available for breakfast was noodle. I explained to him that I cannot have noodles because of my allergy. Could he please make a simple rice dish, he said no. I had to plead with him to make some food for us. He reluctantly went into the kitchen and what he made can only be described as slob for pigs. Post that incident, I refuse to visit the restaurant the rest of our stay there.

本来是可以收到一个 5 星。 可惜民宿的餐厅体验完全是一场噩梦。 餐厅的老板很粗鲁,根本没有客户服务。 第一天早上,他说早餐只有面条。 我向他解释说我因为过敏不能吃面条。 他能不能做一道简单的米饭,他说不行。 有点不想帮我们做任何早餐. 我不得不求他为我们做一些食物。 他恋恋不舍地进了厨房,做出来的东西只能用猪粪来形容。 在那次事件之后,我拒绝其余时间去餐厅。所以说基本上没有餐食,就算是说有提供早餐,这个早餐不是正确的.
