The hotel was super clean and well furnished. However, I feel that the service could be improved. The receptionist who helped with my check in felt unfriendly, she was frowning and sighing the entire time and the housekeeping ladies was knocking and ringing on my doorbell repeatedly even when I have a late check out.

Hotel is located in quite area a bit further from the beach and if you have a car is convinient. Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool is located in another building and we were asked to pay for 15months old baby for using :)) Luckily other guests told us that water in the pool is too cold so we didnt go anyway, also I have checked by myself and it was truth. There was no many choices for breakfast. It was nice for the weekend trip but overall I think that was a bit overpriced for the service that you get

去平潭旅遊，在攜程剛訂好房間就接到酒店劉傑經理的電話，詢問對房間是否有特殊要求，並且給升級了房間，到達後贈送平潭的旅遊地圖，推薦了當地的飯店，總之服務熱情周到又貼心，酒店衞生乾淨，早餐品種豐富，品質卓越，體驗感超級好，感謝酒店的貼心服務！

雖然不在平潭老城區，但在如意湖邊，新區裏的酒店設施齊全，服務周到，有專屬入住管家吳嵐輝一對一服務，滿意的。早餐不算豐富但足夠了，國惠本就是餐飲品牌，品質口味和普通酒店相比毋庸置疑。

趁淡季酒店價格不高，一家子到平潭島吹吹海風，千挑萬選的這家國惠酒店，升級的家庭房超大，被驚喜到了，服務超好細節很到位，酒店地理位置超好，酒店門口還有一個很大的大停車場，出行方便周邊高樓大廈，酒店出口直行一公里就是海灣公園和平潭市民廣場在出去就是大海了。

房間很大超級大，周邊環境真的很好，吃的很多，奶茶咖啡十幾家，預訂後酒店就聯繫了，服務真的很好！我住這間房間能看到海，雖然有些遮擋，但是日落的晚霞太美了！！！酒店旁邊就是市政中心，對面還有一個很大的海灣公園直通大海！！！！

酒店位置鬧中取靜位置便利，而且有專門的停車場停車很方便，酒店大堂大氣典雅，大堂的薰香也很淡雅清香沁人心脾，酒店早餐豐富多樣，酒店裡禮賓人員前台服務人員打掃衞生的阿姨等等所有服務人員都很親切熱情見面都會打招呼問候，酒店的送餐機器人很可愛，打掃衞生阿姨天天都把酒店房間打掃得一塵不染乾淨整潔，套房空間大視頻開闊白天和晚上的城景都好看，非常愉快的入住，以後有機會還來，另外感恩感謝從我入住開始就辛苦付出的每個人祝感心足温暖哦，山水有相逢期待下次再相會謝謝
