To begin, I am a fan of value hotels, have stayed in Quality Inns across the country, and have enjoyed the clean, basic rooms that I typically get. That is not what I experienced here. Upon arrival, the lobby was full while the staff were no where to be found. Took us about 20 minutes to get checked in, and the person at the desk told me nothing (not even my room number) when checked in. Further, he kept my drivers license, which I didn’t realize until after I got into my room . The lobby area was dirty, and the sheets had stains on them. The tv didn’t work and when I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I went down, and the front desk person said, were really busy, and we’ll get to you soon. They didn’t. The “hot breakfast” was the most pitiful I’ve ever seen. The photos were about half an hour before breakfast ended. Several people came in, looked at the quantity of food, and said they were going elsewhere. Again, I enjoy value hotels, but this one severely missed the mark. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.
