Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

We are a well-traveled family and have stayed at quite a few hotels in the area. This hotel by far exceeded our expectations. We were a large group of family members (84) gathered for a death in the family. I worked with Erin Q.in group sales, to create a good experience for all the family members. We were able to use the conference room for the entire time of our stay as well as the breakfast area and the lobby. ALL the staff were exceptional, flexible and very helpful at all times. The rooms were nice and the beds were newer and more comfortable than the Hyatt Place Plymouth Meeting, where we had stayed last. The breakfast was really good. This was truly a phenomenal experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and we will ALL be back to Homewood Suites Plymouth Meeting to experience their hospitality again. THANK YOU FROM OUR WHOLE LARGE FAMILY!!!

Last minute trip... Accommodation and amenities were excellent ( with full size refrig/freezer) dishwasher kitchenette Room was spacious and comfortable Breakfast selection included special fresh baked items and generous meal. I am a frequent traveler and stay exclusively with Hilton per my company program. This is not a great Hilton but just average. The furniture in the rooms aren't comfortable and seem a little dated. The complimentary breakfast is not great nor really good. I tried it the first day and left most of the food in the serving dishes. I never stopped back. My real issue is the housekeeping. While the room was clean enough, I don't understand why hotels don't replace towels daily. I had a mulitple day stay and had to request fresh towels when I left in the morning one day. When I returned I never got the towels so another call to the front desk and then I got them. But I had a pile of dirty towels in my bathroom for my entire stay. This is not a Hilton policy as a lot of the Hiltons I stay at change out the towels daily.

I am a frequent traveler with Hilton Honors. I wonder if this hotel implements their Hilton Clean Stay Program. My room was disappointedly dirty. There was hair in the bathroom, towels, and the kitchen floors were sticky. I think their housekeepers did not know what to do or they did not want to clean up messes in the hallways. A dog urinated in the hallways while the housekeepers watched. I guess they were placing FanDuel bets on how much the dog could pee? They did not end up cleaning the area because I smelled it when I came back from Target. Breakfast was horrible.. no waffle maker. The lady at check in told me that there would be one the next morning. It wasn’t there. I decided to check out early and stay at a competing hotel. Stay away guys. The GM Erik Crawferd never contacted me about my experience .

Nice Staff Great Location Awesome Suites Clean Roomy Quick Check-In Great Water Pressure Quiet Floor Nice Pool Area Very Pleased! The shower curtain in the bathroom has a few stains on it. Hospitality should discard and replace. I found used tissue on the side of the nightstand.

The couch was so low to the ground that it hurt everyone's back and knees. The bed matttress was so old it was tilted. The carpet and couch were torn and shreded in placed. The blanket wasn't a blanket, it was more like a mattress cover. Breakfast was 100% salt and dried up. Pool stunk like there was no water in it, just chlorine.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites - Plymouth Meeting while in town for an appointment at CHOP and some sightseeing in the Old City. The location was nice. Parking was ample and free. Down the street from the hotel, there is a Target, as well as a number of restaurants. King of Prussia Mall is also nearby. The drive into Philadelphia was relatively easy, and took about 25/30 minutes during non-rush hour times. We reserved a King Studio Suite for 1 adult and 2 children (ages 8 & 11). The room was clean and well-kept, and plenty roomy-enough for the three of us. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water-flow. Having the kitchen in the room was a great addition as it enabled us to eat in the room a couple of evenings when we just really didn't want to head back out. Breakfast was served each morning. It was your usual hotel-fare: cereal, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, pastries, and a limited hot-meal selection, for example, biscuits, gravy, and eggs one morning, and potatoes, sausage, and omelettes another. The food was fine, but nothing to write home about. The pool was nice. The kids enjoyed it, although they did comment that they missed having a hot-tub near the pool. (These kids may have stayed in one too many hotel as of late). The staff was friendly and helpful. When my daughter accidentally left a bracelet in the room after we checked-out, they called to let us know they'd found it, even before we'd realized we were missing it. Overall, a lovely stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet but close to several businesses, spacious, nice breakfast and clean facility. Has a nice Gym and Pool. Enough parking. Room was clean and spacious. Had a good stay and will revisit. Recommend to anyone.

Stayed at this location for a week during a business trip. Conveniently located in the Plymouth meeting area next to a number of shops and eating options. Large store complex 2-3 minutes away: Target, Lowes, Best Buy, Five Below and other stores. Large parking lot...never had an issue finding a spot, even when coming back to the hotel later in the evening. Check-in and our processes were simple. All staff at front counter, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all great...friendly and efficient. Room was well-kept. The full kitchen (full fridge, dual burner stove, full sink and microwave) came in very handy during the longer stay. The separate living area, with its L-shaped sofa-bed, ottoman and TV was great if bringing the family. The bedroom was neat with two queens beds, lots of surfaces and large TV. There is also a small desk and chair and also led into the bathroom sink and separate toilet/shower room. I do prefer to have all (sink/toilet/shower) behind one door...but not a big deal. TVs had lots of channels. Wifi was a bit hit or miss...seemed to be better on computers but when using iphones/ipads, it kept requiring to sign into the Hilton Honors network and many times giving errors after the room credentials were entered. Though the bandwidth was more than adequate once signed in. Lots of outlets, lights and USB outlets all around. Heating/cooling unit worked as expected. Gym was neat and well-maintained with all the necessary machines. Though on my first visit, there were cups and no water...and my second visit, there was water but no cups ?! I ended up going to the front desk where they gave me a bottle of water. Did not use the pool, but it looks clean. Ice machines on every floor as well as vending machines with $1.50 20oz soda bottles...which was great. Laundry machines on main floor near gym. Breakfast was adequate...a few hot items: eggs and sausage, a variety of breads, cereals, juices, yogurts and fruit. Good enough to sit down for a quick bite or to grab a few items before hitting the road. Little pantry area where you can buy snacks and convenience-store-type foods near the front desk. Overall a great experience...recommended for those staying in the area. Lots of perks for those looking for longer stays and waiting to feel more "at home".
