Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

The bathroom is very bad toilet smell, all come out , called many times complaining, no reaction , spent 12000INR getting one room , so bad

Good hotel with good amenities. Good location. Just the 3 rooms in front near the road has loud sound from cars. Try to avoid the front 3-4 rooms. Welcome was excellent. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast area staff averaging in serving. Sometimes not so willing to serve. As no manager was there to supervise as per my understanding and observations.

Staying was very nice and the approach is good …rooms are excellent with the I pad controls is very good technology …breakfast was too yummy and spread also good and neat …ambience of the hotel was such a pleasent one …excellent and knowledgeable staffs in the front desk especially raji , kamali, chan was so helful

This was a true five star experince! Was welkomer with a shell neckless and a fresh coconut to drink. Rooms are big and is controlled by iPad. From lights to currtains. 3th floor had a pool table, fussball. Overall was is it a great experience. Restaurant was also very good.

Lovely hotel with modern feel. Very hi tech with rooms controlled by iPads. Food had lots of choice and high quality. Breakfast on second day was very busy which meant the food tended to run out. Spa was a nice addition good value but hard sell was a bit much. The town was very interesting especially White Town and the beach promenade. Staff were very good and helpful.

The best hotel I have stayed in India. We were surprised to see games in the drawing room, never seen such a setup in other hotels. The kids loved the stay and the fully digital feature was amazing. The staff esp Ms Chandni was helpful and she made out stay comfortable.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Pondicherry, we had a great time. The buffet spread had a lot of great options. We also had a great time at the pool in the evening. The staff were very hospitable, and special mention to Chandni and keerthi.

We stayed here for four days Our was very fine. We got all supports from the hotel staff in regard to arranging transport and they all helped about this place. We have very good breakfast as well as diner. We couldn't take lunch because we were traveling during that time. Thanks to all staff members and the Management.

We had a fantastic stay in residency towers Pondicherry , food taste and quality was amazing and ambience of this hotel was like French style looking pleasant … must talk about this hotel staffs everyone was very sweet and pleasent especially ms.kamali was friendly and smilee always …she asked about each and everything of our stay spl thank to her hospitality

We stayed here 4 nights in residency towers Pondicherry one of the best hotel which I ever seen in Pondicherry , we came here for leisure trip almost we covered so many places main thing the hotel is situated in mid of the city and especially special thank to Ms.kamali and raji for suggesting me lots and lots of places in Pondicherry and room cleaning , room service was good and prompt service …surely we recommend to our friends

Technology wise, best of all, extremely worth it. Food was excellent. Overall experience can be defined as sureal, smoothing. The essence of the hotel is nice. As a techy, you ll feel amazed, everything is automated. Swimming is just extraordinary.

Amazing rooms very spacious and effective. Staffs were good. Lunch we had buffet with too good options for non veg. Staffs were amazingly good and helpful. I had requested for an early check in and they were so accommodative and they welcomed us with a refreshing tender coconut!

The rooms food and ambience were too good. With staying here. Absolutely good property. The quality of food is too good and would prefer everyone staying here let it be a business or a family trip. The staff were good,polite and were properly guiding through out the stay.
