I booked and paid for the room in advance. I visited there on 20th Jan and asked for my room. The person in the front desk talked lethargic, without any manners & resoectin a rude tone and asked questions tome, when I dud book, what date... And he didn't receive any booking.. Why would anyone visit a hotel after booking the full money in advance? He then realised that I had already booked and found out from someone else about my booking. However, he said no room available. All are booked and he asked me to wait for 5 mins. In spite of waiting for 20-30mins I didn't get a room. He was talking to someone again.. He then suddenly said room available at a different hotel which is nearby.. I asked why should I stay in another place when I booked for this hotel. He repeated the same.. He SHOULD HAVE REQUESTED AND DISCUSSED WUTH WITH THE CUSTOMER ABOUT POSSIBLE OPTIONS. HE took matters in his hand and decided whatever made him felt easy and cimfirt.. Whereas I m waiting with a 4.5 Yr old kid.. Reasons he gave for this mistake is sofwater issue etc.. When he earlier so confidently talked to me in a rude tone.. That he didn't receive any booking for 20th.. That time the s/w seemed to worj and when he learnt I heard made tjmhe payment... His learnt that I m telling the truth.. However, I condemn his Poor manners, no respect to customers. I cudnt wait any longer as I was with my family and forced to to go the place where he told... As an another option I was asking for refund, since I m not staying there.. Again the same rudeness, "can't refund the money, won't work like that"... I paid 3353.00 and I had stay in a place which costs 1400 to 1700.00.. Neither did get a refund nor an apology..I expect full refund of my money.
