We were so disappointed with this place. We paid £200 per night all inclusive. The staff totally lack any customer service skills, nothing special, apart from Yeyo, who was a legend! If you can't speak Spanish then don't expect any interaction from the staff. They do look miserable... Check in! - Before 2pm - leave your bags here and come back at 2.30pm and someone will take you to your room! (Because its half way up a mountain!) No greeting, intros, have you been here before? Do you know where everything is? Nothing! Have a nice stay?! The food in the restaurant was fine.. Not a lot of choice, but tasty at times and we made it work. Never had a theme night in the 5 days. Bottom pool (Beside the main bar & restaurant) pretty much no sun all day... for sun lovers and people like us that came to relax, its a NO GO! Top Pool (With the views) once you get there, the view is fab! However here's the bad points! - It was like boot camp climbing the steps and hill, everyday, just to eat or get a drink! - No such thing as, I'll be back in a minute! Leg burn and pumping heart every time you walked it. - Top Pool Bar opens at 11am and closes at 1pm, then opens again at 3.30pm until 6.30pm in the height of the season! So if you're All Inclusive, you can't eat or drink, unless you walk back down the hill.... - Snacks outside of meal times - We were insulted! That's all we can say! If you're a child and you like ice-cream, then that's what you'll get! Along with a piece of fruit, hard pastry and half a cheese and ham sandwich, wrapped in cling film! My advice, if you want to stay here, DO NOT book the comfort studios! Or the apartments with a view to the sea! Go self catering and you'll get what you pay for! We won't be back!
