The room was stuffy. The cerpet was not clean. The one white towels were a shade of grey. There were no plugs by the bed. They had a dvd player in the room, the tv was not a smart tv with only 7 channels to watch from.

No elevator. No bed base cover Terrible pillows - cheap and hard Mould in the shower No aircon - the room was stiflingly hot Rowdy, uncontrollable guests partying and swimming all night, without any attention from the staff. Loose carpet tiles creating a tripping hazard.

The Hub boutique hotel was the perfect place to stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful with a special mention about Vicky, the manager, who was exceptional. It's in a perfect location, near to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

The Hub Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. All the staff I engaged with were friendly and polite, and check in and out was simple. There is ample parking (although the parking bays are quite small), a lounge area if you want to use it as well as a lovely looking pool (I definitely want to come back in summer). The hotel is very central, close to shopping complexes and on Main Road with several restaurants and other shops walking distance. Despite being on a busy road the rooms are quiet, you don't hear the traffic at all. I have stayed there twice now and will definitely be back. I had a wonderful stay and found it very good value for money.

My stay at The Hub Boutique Hotel was very average. The staff members were kind, however, everything else did not meet my expectations. Breakfast stayed the same and basic throughout my stay and the towels in the bedroom were either few (1/2) or cream instead of white due to staining. The stay and experience was average.

Excellent location for my work trip, very central and close to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Great value for money.

On arrival at our room my wife and I had to immediately vacate the room and ask for a different room because the room was full of cigarette smoke and my wife struggled to breathe. We then had to upgrade to executive only to find the tv had very poor signal and not clear. the executive carpet also had a smell. very disappointed.

Thank you for a great stay. Your receptionist was awesome and helpful in every way. The rooms were very clean and had all we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

I have received awesome service from my booking made until we checked out. We received friendly and professional service. Breakfast was delicious as always. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable one.

Returning guest. Comfortable and modern rooms, with WiFi and generator to ease your sanity against Eskom shenanigans. Perfect stay for business trips, close to a mall and ample restaurants in close vicinity. Delicious breakfast friendly staff, however, a complimentary water in the room should be considered for guests, hence 4/5 rating.

No DSTV in room (only very limited choice in room). Even website advertises DSTV in ground floor rooms), but apparently only available upstairs. We requested ground floor as my wife cannot cope with many stairs. No tea or coffee or toilet paper in room. Had to ask at reception for everything (had to ask twice for toilet paper). No lift so have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the bar area! First and LAST time staying here.
