The porpoise of this hotel was only to sleep, it was strategically chosen because it had a low price and was on the way to LA, where we were going to take our flight back home. The check in time was at 14:00, we arrived at 17:00, no problems until there, we made our check in, we asked for a room on the ground floor, we had a lot of bags and my parents are not that young anymore, we didn't requested before, and the hotel was full, so for that they couldn't accommodate us (witch is understandable, we should had called before). Six bags and two flights of stairs latter we arrive at the room, only to find the room with the bad with no sheet and all the furniture from the room on top of it, and if that wasn't enough the room was DISGUSTING! I come dow already unpleased, the front desk lady says that she has no other room and no one to clean it, I ask: “So what do I do do I have to clean it myself?!”, she tells me that I have to look for another place to stay. I ask her to call her supervisor (because clearly she had no idea what she was saying). She told her to try to call someone to come clean the rooms, I told her that we needed a different price and she was going to try to deal with all of that and let me know. Another guest offered to give us their room wile we waited, witch was so nice, but why couldn't the hotel do this, not all the guests had arrived. They gave us 50% off on the rooms, when i contested the manager about the room situation she replied (and I quote): "We have already given u a discount, you should be grateful". I have almost all the conversations on tape, as well I have pictures, never saw such poor hotel management, and I can say that because I work on the same line of business and I travel a lot.
