TownePlace Suites Port St. Lucie I-95

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, the cleanliness, which is very important to me was beyond my expectations, room was set up perfectly to be comfortable, Excellent location, close to many good restaurants, historic downtown Venice, beaches. But, most of all, the staff at this hotel were beyond acomocating , very good personalities, completely helpful and professional and very good personalities. Front desk, Sarah Priscilla was the first person we encountered, she was a joy to meet and amazing at doing her job. And all the other staff that we encountered were also wonderful and friendly, and helpful.

This was a newer looking hotel (built in 12-19) with modern furniture. We appreciated that we had nightstands with 3 drawers on either side of our King Bed. The lighting wasn't bright enough to read, & our hand towels were unusually thin though. Our main complaint though is that although I booked our "Studio/King Sofa bed" room on 6-26-23 (i.e., almost 8 months before our stay), without informing us, they gave us an accessible room. If you're wondering, yes, I did write down the exact date I booked. After seeing our room, when I came down to the front desk, the hotel staff said the Mets had spring training in Port St. Lucie, & they didn't have any other available rooms left! The accessible room & specifically the bathroom was not what we'd wanted. There were so many bells & whistles in the accessible bathtub (i.e., MULTIPLE FAUCETS & CONTROLS) that it was challenging for me to shower. While I'm glad the hotel offers these accommodations to guests who need them, this isn't what we'd booked. They should have saved the room we'd booked & given the accessible room to someone else who wanted it. Because of this booking snafu, I took off one star.

We stayed here two nights while visiting family in the area. It was a wonderful stay and we couldn't find anything we didn't like. Our room was quite large and very clean. We never heard any noise on our floor the entire time. The woman taking care of the breakfast area was very pleasant. As a walker, I was pleased to find plenty of areas near the hotel to do that. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Port St. Lucie for a long term business trip and the experience exceeded my expectations from the parking lot all the way to my room. The staff members are friendly and provided the highest level of customer service throughout the entire duration of my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable offering a small sofa with pull-out bed, full-sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and counter-top cooking range, and microwave. Both the exterior and interiors of the facilities are clean and well maintained. The entire hotel offers a modern design and ample space for guests to relax in the main common areas with several conveniently located flat-screen televisions. The hotel's location is conveniently located close to several stores and restaurants offering guests a variety of shopping and dining options and is located in one of the nicest communities in the area. Guests will enjoy their stay here knowing they’re safe. The only thing I would improve upon is the traditional hotel style air conditioning unit located at the bottom of the window in every room. Overall, I don’t think you’ll find a better place to stay and would recommend TownePlace Suites in Port St. Lucie to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient hotel accommodations.

Beautiful hotel all rooms are sites and they are pet friendly. Easy on and off I 95 Port St. Lucie,Fl The area is well-maintained and staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to stop there close to shopping centers.

Check-in was a breeze and front staff was great, bedrooms and baths were pleasant and spacious. Parking lot is large, well-lit and seems secure. Can't comment on the internet or breakfast as I didn't use either.

Le plus bel hôtel que l'on a fait en famille pendant nôtre road trip en Floride. La chambre est très spacieuse, très bien équipée (cuisine, table et chaise pour 4, et un grand frigo), cela nous a permis de faire un vrai repas tous ensemble. Le petit-déjeuner est quant à lui moins prestigieux. Il n'y avait pas de feu sur le plat ou de bacon ( pas de cuisinier?). J'ai mis 5 sur 5 mais j'aurais préféré un 4,5. En tous les cas s'il fallait revenir dans ce coin là, je choisirai cet hôtel sans hésiter.
