This is a budget accomodation for those needing a place just to sleep while in Port Villa. This is my second time here and I like it that it's close to the shops and in the middle of town where access to supermarkets and cafes are easy. Might not be suitable for those coming with small kids and looking for a grand stay. The rooms and the beddings are optimal and some cleaning required for some parts of the rooms but I was ok as I didnt spend time most of the time. Workers are nice and they gave good advise to go around town, they even let us check out late. Again recommend if you are in Port Villa and seeking place to sleep while you will out all day.

At the price point i wasnt expecting much but was at least expecting it to be clean. Location was good but room looked like it hadnt had a proper clean in long time. Walls dirty, particularly in high use areas. Short and curlies behind the bed and a couple on the bedside table. Ladies top in bedside table draw. Stains on top sheet and blanket, but rhe worst was the bathroom. It took $30 of cleaning equipment and products and around 2hrs of sweat to get it to a point where i felt ok to take a shower, and im no clean freak. Its a shame coz with some cleaning and basic maintenance it could be a decent budget hotel.

Horrible! Dangereux ! Sale! Géré par une persone qui ne pense que a l’argent et en aucun cas au confort et sécurité de ces clients. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour rester à Port Vila, évitez surtout « City Lodge », «Olympic Hôtel » et autres hotels de ce même propriétaire. Aucune norme de sécurité est respecté, le personnel maltraité, cuisine mal équipé, sale et rempli des moustiques. Odeur de canalisation constant. Chambres non entretenus avec des vieux draps et serviettes tachées. Ménagé par une manageur absente et non respectueuse. Débordée par plusieurs hôtels - au final elle ne fait rien et éteint son téléphone! Si vous voulez mettre votre vie en danger - prenez le risque et restez chez « City Lodge », sinon - courez vite et loin;) Seule chose qui est bien c’est les filles de la réception. Ils font leur maximum pour un endroit aussi dégoûtant.
