Ceuta Terrace Suites

Our Christmas holiday, which was supposed to be a joyful and relaxing time, was completely ruined by our stay at this so-called 4-star hotel. The experience was nothing short of appalling. The bathroom was filled with black mold—an absolute health hazard. The smell and sight of it were revolting, and it was clear that no effort had been made to maintain basic hygiene standards. This wasn’t a minor issue but extensive mold growth, making the bathroom unusable and deeply uncomfortable to even step into. To make matters worse, the bedroom was infested with ants. They were everywhere—on the furniture, the floor, and even the bed. Trying to sleep under these conditions was impossible. A peaceful holiday was replaced with constant stress and disgust. Adding insult to injury, the hotel staff refused to take any responsibility or action to resolve these issues. When we reported the problems, they were dismissive and made no effort to help. Their indifference only amplified our frustration and disappointment. This experience completely destroyed what was meant to be a special Christmas getaway. We were left feeling stressed, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed. This establishment does not deserve a 4-star rating, and I would strongly advise against staying here if you value cleanliness, customer service, or even basic decency. A Christmas holiday ruined is something no family should endure. Not only that they were incapable of storing luggage after we checked out leading us to have to drag our luggage around town after the checkout time. Avoid at all costs. Positive reviews were clearly incentivized

A minimalist setting in an older hotel that has been updated, in the Victoria area of Porto. Very good location for walking Porto with sites, restaurants, and shopping near by. Rooms were clean, our room had a terrace which we made frequent use of as it over looked Porto. Breakfast was quite good, and the staff was very friendly and excellent with requests and recommendations. Parking is off site, a short walk away. We normally stay at higher end hotels, but found Ceuta to be a gem to stay at..

Excellent service from all staff. Superb location very central. Super clean and spacious suite. Stylish decoration and good quality furniture. Comfortable beds, coffee machine in the room, desk, sofa and TV with Netflix. Great breakfast with lots of options. Special thanks to the wonderful staff.

Fabulous stay at Ceuta Terrace Suites! The whole team was so lovely here to accommodate my friends and I. Our flight arrived at 9.30am, check in was not until 4 but they turned around our room early and thankfully we got to check in by 2pm. The room was 2 bedrooms (for 3 people), it was very clean, tidy, and well decorated too with ample storage space, a fridge a coffee machine and a safe. It had everything we needed. There was a lovely breakfast buffet in the morning, with eggs made to order fresh, fruits, yogurts, cereals, toast and fresh juice/coffee/tea! Very delightful! To add to the beauty, there is also a rooftop terrace with sofas and seating and tables, we often brought up a few bottles of wine in the early evening to enjoy before we went out for dinner. They also have a bar on the rooftop for those would like to buy drinks there. The location cannot be better, with only a 5 minute walk to Sao Bento station, and to the tourist buses (which you can book with reception btw) it was brilliantly placed. The Riberia area is only a 10 minute downhill walk away (you may want to get a taxi back up as it’s a steep walk up from riberia). A final special mention to the staff here, who are all so wonderful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay special and delightful! We look forward to visiting again when we come to Porto and thank them for our wonderful stay.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Netter Empfang, zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal, tolle Lage und Preis-Leistung absolut klasse. Die Zimmer haben ein schönes Ambiente und sind allesamt ausreichend groß. Vom demher absolut empfehlenswert.

Solo tengo comentarios POSITIVOS. La habitación perfecta, limpieza, tamaño, instalaciones, comodidad. No hay nada que decir. La atención de la señora que nos recibió increíble. ...super amable. El desayuno INCREÍBLE Y DELICIOSO. El pan exquisito y todo de buena calidad y limpisimo. El ambiente perfecto, las vistas desde la terraza. Así que doy un 10/10
