Check in troubles: I was to arrive after midnight on my check in date, so I called ahead to make sure they knew I would be STILL coming. I was assured on the call that a note was made and everything would be fine for check in. Check in at 1a took 45 mins of the front desk worker telling me that the system is saying that there were no rooms available but she was sure that there was a room left for us, but the system won't show her. So if she can't get the system to let us check in, (even if she knew which room was available) we could not stay there that night..... A call to the manager was attempted without avail. Finally, we were able to check in. Condition of room: Within 10 minutes of being in room there were 2 cockroaches, stains on sheets, and long strands of hair on the bed (that weren't ours). We opted to leave and stay at a neighboring hotel. Refund process: The next day we came by to speak to manager for a refund, and the manager was extremely understanding. Without argument, she refunded the third party provider their money. The third party provider refused to give us our money back unless the manager would right a simple letter with the approval for refund. I attempted to contact the managers Shazia and Daniyal multiple times via email without response. I was able to speak to Shazia on the phone and she refused to provide the company a written response. After a few weeks of fighting with the company and a lack of help from the management, my credit card eventually refunded me the money.
