The hotel was as described, rooms are clean, no water, no kettle, the shower is small and it has a curtain that doesn’t really cover the entrance. Overall, good place for the money payed.

Caso esteja de carro, não recomendo. Não há garagem, nem Parking próximo disponível. Os partimentos estipulam 3/3horas para trocar o ticket. Café da manhã NÃO ESTÁ INCLUÍDO e, nos foi ofertado por 10EUR. Fica longe do centro, mas há um Tran em frente.

The room was filthy and looked really worn down. The headboard was in textile and full of gross stains, the white walls were covered in stains and the lampshades have been beat up and not replaced. Everything felt dirty. The location is quite far from the city. I was fooled by my booking site to think it was closer (not the hotels fault ofc), but the tram is easy to use and cheap. We ordered a taxi via the lobby when we were leaving for the airport. They did not inform us that it was an Uber, not a taxi. Which is fine, but it was just weird they didn't say it beforehand.

I have spent countless nights and money in this hotel, nevertheless I have a great reason to never stay here again in my life. Unfortunately -I had a large black travel bag stolen at the Apollon Hotel. All happened when I had a car accident and had to stay in the hospital and couldn´t pick up my personal things in the hotel. Therefore I called to the reception and asked for keeping my bag until I will be able to come to pick it up. However - 3 weeks later when I came to the hotel they told me there was no bag! On 11.7. 2023, when I had to stay at Apollon, at the reception at about 8:20 pm, to my great surprise my passport was returned to me, which was in the stolen bag in a Gucci wallet for 20 000 Kc, which was originally at the bottom of my large black bag, under the clothes. I asked the receptionist where is the large black bag in which my passport was, she said she did not know! What a mystery.. Things that were inside the bag : Gucci wallet which contained my passport 20 000 Kc, Watch 30 000 Kc, Calvin Klein tracksuit 8 000 Kc, Calvin Klein shoes 3 000 Kc, Calvin Klein T-shirts 4000 Kc, Guess 2x Crossbody 5000 Kc, Emporio Armani slippers 1 500 Kc, Jacket 2x 10 000 Kc, Jacket 2x 10 000 Kc, 5x shirt 5000 Kc, Shorts 3000 Kc, Shaver 2000 Kc, Gucci perfume and cosmetics 6 000 Kc, Large black bag 2000 Kc. In total The Apollon Hotel caused me 84,500 CZK worth of damage! How can something like this happen to a guest who regularly brings money to this hotel ?! I am asking the owner/management of this hotel for explaining all this to me and of course for compensation. Thank you, Michael Mann, tel. 737 640 719

Pluses: The hotel is good, its clean, easy checkin, friendly staff. In front of the door you can get on the tram to the center in 12 minutes. A minus: We stayed for 4 days and there was no cleaning and towel refreshing. ( i didnt ask for it either, but I'm used to it being done automatically )

Zimmer sind modern aber der Teppichboden müsste umbedingt raus. Er war nicht gut gereinigt und überall am Boden waren fremde Haare, im Schrank fang man rasierte Barthaare und der Stuhl war auch dreckig. Bett war sauber. Bad auch. Dusche war oke, das Wasser rann aber viel zu langsam weg sodass man ständig im eigenen Wasser stand. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung ist aber komisch, da die Betten kaum gemacht wurden, es wurde glaub ich auch nicht gesaugt und nix abgewischt. Im Bad wurde nicht mal das Waschbecken geputzt, Handtücher dafür ausgetauscht. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, das haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen!

Главное - это очень очень маленький размер туалета и ванной. Если вы человек больше, чем среднего размера, то вы сможете вытираться полотенцем после душа или вытирать задницу после туалета только выйдя в центр своей комнаты. Расположение отеля нормальное. Рядом остановки общественного траспорта. Если вы на машине, то рядом есть только платная городская парковка вдоль дороги. Wi-Fi в отеле есть, но на некоторых этажах его нет. Обслуживание среднее. Отель недорогой, поэтому без изысков в обслуживании. Комнату убирают не каждый день. На полу в комнате ковролин с достаточным количеством старых пятен. Матрас на кровати хороший удобный. Да, и стоимость проживания совсем не дорогая.
