Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prince Albert - South

Excellent

This is a really nice new hotel and the staff were very kind. It was very unfortunate for that there are a crew of people working on the new rink next door that are loud and very disrespectful. We stayed on the 3rd floor for our childs hockey tournament. He is 8, we also have a 1 year old. These disrespectful people had horrific music cranked all afternoon until about midnight. With swearing and other stuff my 8 year had never heard. This crew of people, including a rory and gary, were screaming and fighting in the halls until about midnight. We, along with other families we know, called the front desk multiple times to complain. They kept talking to them and asking them to keep it down. The police showed up and were waiting for the hotel to give the go-ahead to kick them out for a long time. These people were extremely belligerent and our kids were kept up most of the night by them. The hotel was gracious enough to not have us pay for our room which we are thankful for. Long story short though, this crew that is working on this rink is still staying on the third floor in multiple rooms and until that rink is done, i would avoid this hotel.

This hotel is brand new and is a terrific place to stay. The room was very spacious and clean. All of the necessary amenities are provided including breakfast! Loved that the coffee machine in the room was a Keurig. It's location on edge of city makes for a nice quiet place to stay. Highly recommend!
