Fan for shower / bathroom did not work. Moved us to another room, but not the same type...

Felt very unsafe due to all the random people hanging around the building. Leaking toilet. Wet floor in bathroom and between beds. Odor in room. No temp control. Dirty towels. No support from hotel service. Water stains top to bottom in bathroom. Extremely noisy all night. Property should be burned to the ground. Absolutely disgusting property

Never stay in this hotel!It's a nightmare to sleep here,you won't feel safe.It is very dirty & the smell is disgusting. The staff are polite though and beds are okey.We paid $150 for an overnight stay for our anniversary & it was miserable.Waste of money!

I have traveled for almost 30 years around Canada and the world and this hotel is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I do not know how your corporation is ok with this DUMP being branded as a Ramada hotel. I've never bothered to write a corporation about one of it's properties but this is so bad I had to say something. We would have never chose this hotel but several factors lead us to book a night here. We had short travel notice as my son's team just made the Hoopa Basketball Provincials. The Ramada branding was somewhat reputable I thought and the pictures looked decent. They are far from reality. The entire hotel is falling apart, it's dirty, smells and is outright disgusting. The bar by the lobby attracts very unsavory customers and is a blight on this property. Our room was in a word - disgusting. The bedsheets had bloodstains on the outer cover. The linens were so worn out they had holes in them. The rug is worn out and stained all over. The light switch was broken, the electrical outlet by the bed exposed (OH+S violation). The window slides open to a thick layer of mold in the track as well as a cigarette butt. The bathroom sink was still dirty with random stains and particles that I couldn't identify. The toilet had urine stains and ***** hair on it. This hotel is giant stain on the Ramada Brand.

The hotel was ok. As a smoker the smell didn’t bother me. The carpets are well you could say experienced. I guess the best way to describe hotel is. Typical $50 a night or rent by hour high way cheap motel. The price and the chain name did not match what was expected. I did however enjoy the variety of local talent and noticed many ensuring that the garbage was properly recycled. The 6:30 am knock at the door was an extra added value I did not expect.

Just a horrible place would not recommend to any one there were cops showing up on my doorstep looking for someone. The door was broken from the inside the floor was dirty & stick . There was no shower curtain there was a smell in the sink I had buy bleach and pure it in outside lots of people using ***** . And then we find out the hotel personnel was letting homeless people use the the hotel rooms to shower and stay there for free very sad .

We took the stairs to get to our floor. The floor was filthy : I remember old chicken bones on the floor. The hallway showed damage along the walls and ceiling and our room door looked like somebody had tried to pry it open. The carpets in our room were dirty and stained, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. We didn’t stick around to inspect the room more than that. It felt dirty and unsafe. We turned around and got a refund and went across the street to the Holiday Inn. I didn’t know Ramada owned hotels like this,

Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel to to extremely shabby rooms quality and - the fact that RAMADA REQUIRES a $300 damage deposit on arrival and when checking out just refunds it without even checking the room - Homeless people outside on street are not at all inviting to be around and often yell at folk walking in Will never go near this hotel again at any price
