"The service and the people were honestly so nice super friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff and the bus driver who drove us to and from our rooms the whole trip. The rooms were okay, I’d give them a 4/5. But the food? Absolutely terrible. This was hands down the worst food I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. The boiled eggs were rotten, the bread was old and stale there was literally nothing worth eating. As for the private beach… total disaster. You have to go down a lot of stairs just to get to this so-called beach, which ended up being full of garbage and sharp rocks. Definitely not the relaxing beach experience anyone would hope for."

"O resort e toda a equipe são simplesmente incríveis. Se você está procurando uma ilha para fugir - este é o lugar para estar. A praia particular é deslumbrante, e nenhuma necessidade ou demanda foi deixada insatisfeita. Os quartos são limpos e arrumados e as camas são extremamente confortáveis. Apenas tenha em mente que a ilha consiste basicamente neste resort, especialmente durante a temporada de monções. Não há muito mais o que fazer (exceto mergulho com snorkel e cilindro) - é lindo no geral se você está procurando relaxamento no paraíso."

"We’ve truly enjoyed our stay at Peridot. The Long Beach Villa room is beautifully decorated. The view from the room is breathtaking & it's really nice to be waking up by the sound of sea waves. Love their L'Occitane toiletries as well.  However, as the hotel is still undergoing some renovations, there are not many amenities available around the hotel. Upon checking in, we were so hungry after a long drive from SG, but the restaurant was closed at 2pm. The only options we were offered were to go to the other hotels' restaurants along the beach. The à la carte menus provided did not have much variety either. To get halal food was quite a distance from Peridot. But no choice; after freshening up, we walked along the beach and just asked around if we could have our late lunch there. Breakfast varieties were limited. For the price we paid, it could have been better. I love their chicken nuggets, though!  At night, it can be quite quiet around the area, but it was not an issue for us, as we love the quiet vibes and enjoy our peaceful nights there. The WIFI connection was really bad. So we got to use our data most of the time. Apart from the food issue, the rooms had power trips quite frequently on our 2nd & 3rd days of our stay there.  Overall it was a great experience for us. The room is clean, and basic amenities are fulfilled. Please note they are still in their soft launch; expect to be fully operational by March 2026. I hope I can come back by then & the facilities will be fully functional and improved."

"So happy to have spent my time on Redang Island at De’Rimba. Thank you to the wonderful staff who are the friendliest people i appreciate everything they have done to make my time here the best i could have imagined! My room was one of the top huts which had a comfortable queen size bed, TV, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was a bit smaller than what i was expecting in that i thought there would be more room to shower in, but it was fine by me as i was able to use it with no problem. The hut has a balcony which is nice to sit in and chill after coming back from the beach. The food was so tasty and i was so relieved that they accept card payments because i forgot to take out money from the ATM before going to the island. 100% coming back to stay at De’Rimba in my next trip to Redang :)"

"We had an unexpectedly beautiful 4D3N stay at Redang Divers Resort. Initially hesitant due to the 3.2 rating, we booked as it was the only available option, but it turned out to be the best decision.From the warm yet respectful service by Wei to meeting the humble owners Adrian and his wife, everything felt genuine and comfortable. The food was outstanding (we truly miss the food!) honestly among the best we had in Redang.The beachfront view was amazing, white sand and turquoise sea right in front of our room. Simple, raw island vibes, clean rooms, and a truly heartfelt experience for our family. A small note: the toilet flooring could use an upgrade, but we understand refurbishment is already underway with the new management.Not a “luxury” resort, but definitely 5-star in heart, service, and overall experience.We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making us feel at home!"

"Ao chegar ao aeroporto, o ônibus Laguna o levará diretamente ao cais e depois ao hotel. Recomenda-se usar traje de banho por baixo, pois demora um pouco para fazer o check-in. Existem vários tipos de refeições para as três refeições, existindo também alguns pratos especiais. O hotel dispõe de alguns serviços adicionais, como aluguer de câmaras subaquáticas, observação de tartarugas, etc. Não se esqueça de trazer dinheiro suficiente, a cantina só aceita dinheiro, e traga alguns medicamentos necessários (medicamentos anti-inflamatórios, medicamentos para eczema e analgésicos no caso de emergências) Foi necessário, porque tive amigdalite depois que fui para a ilha e não havia nada que pudesse fazer a respeito. Aí tomei dois analgésicos e salvei minha vida.) As despesas relacionadas ao hotel podem ser cobradas no quarto. Ok, ainda sinto que é uma boa hora para ir. Água muito bonita. Além disso, certifique-se de não tocar nos flutuadores que flutuam na água, pois eles podem facilmente ser infectados por bactérias."

"Bon rapport qualité prix, avec un chalet sympa et propre malgré un lit pas du tout confortable (très dur) et une odeur d’égout qui remonte par la climatisation. Si l’on fait attraction de tout ça, la plage est super, avec accès a d’autres restaurants, aux excursions, canoë et taxi boat. Le buffet du Resort est lui aussi sympa mais n’arrivez pas trop après le début du service, le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute et n’hésitera pas à vous renseigner sur les plats et autres. Petit plus pour le salon de massage, n’hésitez pas à vous y arrêter pour un massage typique malaysien excellent"

"聯排房間，衞生尚可，隔音效果較差。環境較好，離海灘近，住宿區內有泳池。飲食上咖喱味沒那麼重，喜歡吃中餐的基本能接受。渡輪來回接送，服務較好。第一天的下午茶點心及綠豆湯味道不錯。去浮潛時要在淺灘上涉水走一段才能上船，船後冒黑煙，暈車暈船的人聞到黑煙味兒就容易暈，最好上船前半小時內先吃暈船暈車葯。"
