My recent visit to Hoter was a truly disappointing experience, marred by questionable practices and unethical behavior by the manager, Amit. It's important to note that I do not trust any of the positive reviews for this establishment, as it appears they may have been written by Amit himself, perhaps even by force, as I'll elaborate on below. Upon arriving at Hoter with two friends, we were initially optimistic about our stay. However, our optimism quickly turned to frustration and discomfort when we encountered Manager Amit. He approached us during our check-in process and made an unethical proposition. Amit asked us to give his hotel a 5-star rating and write a glowing review on a specific link, all in exchange for a complimentary lunch. This blatant attempt at manipulating the review system and coercing guests into dishonestly promoting his hotel left a sour taste in our mouths. As for the rest of our stay, it was far from satisfactory. The room we were assigned to was in dire need of maintenance – the air conditioning was faulty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired. The promised amenities were subpar, and the service was slow and inattentive, which made our stay even more frustrating. Hoter's location and potential are overshadowed by the unethical actions of its manager and the poor quality of service and accommodations. It's truly disheartening to see such a lack of integrity in the hospitality industry. I strongly discourage anyone from considering a stay at Hoter, and I advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a more honest and enjoyable experience.
