The best Hotel in Egypt with super Service , the eat is very good and the room is good and very Clean , the good and best in all Egypt, the my best days in Solaya Hotel i will come Back again , super ❤️❤️ , but the next time with my gierl , thanks for all the Hotel

This is our second time at Jazz Solaya Hotel and this time was the worst in Jazz group in general.We are an Egyptian family of 3 with our English friends also a family of 4. It started since the booking, the person in charge of the reservation had a bad attitude in dealing with us and told us that the hotel is almost full however on their website there were still available rooms left and when we mentioned it he told us I will update the website right now. The surprise that we booked the same rooms we asked for after the call with around 5 hours. After the booking we called them for some notes mentioning that we have a baby and need a room in ground floor sea view, another guy took our notes and confirmed it. On the day of arrival, they said unfortunately you will stay in the first floor and when we refused they said we cannot help more. My wife asked them if their are available rooms with pool view in the ground floor they said yes and we took it only when we asked. Most importantly on the second day one of the receptionist called Islam came to the pool and he started talking to my wife and our English friend asking for their nationalities, and when he knew that my wife is Egyptian he said “for you it is fine we are Egyptians, the comment is not important for us” and started to address the English woman asking for her room number to take her feedback. The last day on check out. I called the reception asking to send someone to help us with the bags. They told me bring the bags outside the room and leave it however when we came the first time we left it in the room as usual and the receptionist was very polite responding that we will send someone to take it ASAP. It seems that the management has changed or maybe their policy we are not sure but definitely our first experience cannot be compared with the second one. I am not recommending this place for anyone who believes that people regardless their nationalities, skin color or religion should receive the same service as long as they pay the same amount for it.

A hotel worth recommending. Everything at a very high level. As we know, the atmosphere is created by people, and a lot of positive people gathered here. Bravo to the bartenders - they do a really good job working at high speed. Tasty meals and a large selection (more than half of them were not tried). The animators are very nice, well-coordinated and try to make every tourist happy Animations for both children (inflatables on the water, .........) and adults. The rooms are really perfectly cleaned (we compare them with 5 hotels in Egypt). The sea with a reef right next to the hotel (you can meet turtles and dolphins - we were lucky). Nice running path along the sea. I recommend shopping in the newly opened jewelry store in the hotel - great selection, good prices and a very nice sellerPerfect place to buy gifts

I was a week in Jazz Solaya with my family. We had a excellent stay! The service en personnel are sublime! The service in the restaurant is fantastic and the variety of food is super. Everyone puts his effort to give you the best holiday! The hotel is very beautiful and nice, the rooms are clean and very good. But the best are the personnel, from the cleaner, to the cook, to the manager of the restaurant Said, to the bartenders. Everyone gives you the best service with a smile! We will definitely come again to Jazz Solaya!

Great stay, we have been here for 17 days (still here) and we love the hotel! Rooms very clean, staff is amazing, animation is lovely (special thanks to Kiwi, Shark, Aya and Chocolate) pools are nice, food is good. What else do you need? Would definitely stay here again. Also the restaurant Sofra is worth trying! Amazing food.

We had our second visit to Jaz solaya, our first was a couple of years ago.It was a very good surprise for us that we enjoyed it even better. The staff are super friendly the food is good , the facilities are enjoyable and the aqua park is amazing. The wether and the water temperature in the sea at this time of the year was marvellous. We’d like to make 2 special thanks : number one is mister Eslam el shafee the guest relation manager who could not do enough to fulfill our requests. Number 2 the Italian restaurant (Ninos) was an experience not to be missed.

wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. animation program is great. everyone is pleasant and helpful. I would like to return to the hotwla. we were very happy here with our family. excellent food. I recommend it!!! I look forward to my next visit

Good location, service is okay, beautiful beach but not clean, so much stress from spa sales men Reda is the most, rooms are nice, there is an aqua Park but so noisy, plenty free places on the beach but so slow service they need more stuff to cover all the area

Great hotel. Very helpful staff. Clean everywhere. The food is excellent and a large selection of food. There are ala carte restaurants and they are all great. The advantage of the hotel is its location near the airport. Access to the sea from the beach and pier. The beach is next to the hotel. We are very happy to return to the hotel.
