I think Bliss Nada is yet one of the most peaceful hotels in the Marsa Alam region. Not crowdy at all in April. The beach is fantastic (even though rocky). Great snorkeling experience with beautiful reefs and rich underwater life. The rooms are somewhere around average. Don't expect luxurious rooms and fancy furniture. Opportunities for experiences - 10/10. if you prefer a rather active holiday, there are a lot of trips you can take. Some we've been to from the Hotel include: - Dolphin House (diving, snorkeling) - Safari trip - (ATVs, desert, camels, and a small show with meal included) - Diving (right at the hotel, with a professional instructor) - Luxor - Sharm el Luli However, there much more to see if you don't prefer to stay at the hotel. Food - 8/10. They have both vegetarian and standard options with a limited variety of chicken & fish. A big plus is the international corner, where you can taste a slice of pizza (average taste), carbonara, and more. Also, don't miss out the grill corner outside where they offer freshly grilled vegetables, fish, beef, and chicken (depends on the day) Entertainment - There is the "Zero Animation Team". I must say a 9/10. They do a large variety of shows, both at the pool, and beach, in front of the hotel. Staff - I've seen different reviews saying good and bad things. For me, they're 8/10. Friendly as long as you are open and friendly. You get what you give, which seems fair. For me, the experience 5/5, because I got what I expected. It worths the value, and if you want a more fancy place - you just simply have to pay more and go somewhere else. Weather and periods - as we were advised by the staff, the best weather we can get is in April-May and October-November. It's up to 31C, Not very windy, and everything else depends on the tide. If you like warmer periods, June-September should be great for you. Alternatively, the windy season November-March, won't bring you too much in terms of temperature comfort, and sea experience, but you can try more on-shore experiences.
