As a VIP member of Radisson, I appreciate the hospitality and initial service in the first days Unfortunately, there was as an accident with one of the animation team members and my wife in the last evening during a show, which zhey did not introduce to us before… Without an introduction about that there will be a „magic show“ and which exercises are executed, the animation team member used four of the guests as a support. Unfortunately, his exercise with my wife during he held her in his hands / arms causes an severe accident. As he jumped from a seat on splittered glass, he lost the control and my wife was falling with her head against a seat, which caused one sleepless night and pain after we arrived in Germany todays night. Also my blood pressure went down and I had to throw up at the airport. I never had this situation. Beside of the already done „execuse me“ of one of the hotels managers and the animation team, I expected at least one to two nights refund. They just offered for the next possible stay e.g. one free night. Be aware that my wife and I were happy before the unprofessional magical show, which was not introduced to us and the other guests… the splittered glass was just too slidy to jump from a seat on it, as we and the other guests saw. My wife has just a weight of around 42 kg and the mistakebis on your side. My wife has now a bump on her head and problems during eating and the hotel did NOTHING so far to refund us or help us after we arrived in Germany. Therefore, I adjusted now my initially positvely evaluation of the hotel to a low till middle evaluation. I am very disappointed and shocked about the feelingless and bad behavior of the hotel management. I know that they wanna check their safety procedures during their evening shows… but the pain of my wife is still there and I am shocked too.
