Well what can I say? We turned up late in the evening. The staff that checked us in gave us an upgrade to VIP and brought our cases to our room. A very good first impression. The staff at the beah bar were very friendly,especially Abdullah. He went above and beyond to make every day an enjoyable relaxing one. He brought drinks and food as and when required without being imposing. The staff in the restaurant were amazing and there was plenty of choice to choose from. One staff member, imperticular, Rashad was great always making sure we were taken care of. The cleaner made an excellent effort also. It was mine and my partner birthdays and left the room (915), all decorated with balloons, cake, and flowers. The shisha corner is on site. Again, good value for money and made are exspirence a personal one. Me and my partener made many memories on this trip, but this is one of those holidays that we will remember for the rest of our days. Also, the restaurants on site are amazing, especially the Japanese and Lebanese, where again we were given the VIP treatment. Much love and respect to everyone who made our exspirence the best.

Absolutely beautiful hotel & service. Immaculate. Food excellent. Spotlessly clean rooms & grounds. Facilities superb. The staff cannot be more helpful. They want you to have a perfect vacation. And we did. VERY highly recommended. 10/10

The place was amazing and the staff were very friendly special thanks to the bar staff Mahmoud mandor, Reda wadee, Wael, Reda shehata and the front office team special thank to Mahmoud club reception and Mr. Ahmed Tarek and the restaurant team in club Kasas is the best Diwania restaurant Abdulsadia, Aboud and thank you Mr. Raslan , mohamed Abdul fatah and Tamer. And the big thank to the higher management Mr. Maged Tawfik and Mr. Mahmoud Khbiry the best hotel always all the time feeling home. Charmillion Resorts they make my honeymoon❤️❤️.

My husband and I came to this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel lives up to its star rating, the price and quality match. My husband was generally satisfied, but it is very noticeable that the bartenders have a special attitude towards Europeans (Italians, Poles, etc.) than towards Asians (we are from Kazakhstan). Even if we approach the bar first, and an Italian comes after us, he will serve the Italian first, of course.
