Great hotel to stay, very clean, only 4 months old while I was there. Shower has great water pressure, bed very comfortable, auto blinds and the room has some smart aspects to it with a small touch screen or voice controlled to play music through the speaker in the ceiling. Breakfast was not bad as well, staff were nice and held my bag for me. Location is not a far didi/taxi ride to the high speed train and about 15 mins from the white water rafting which is why I visited Quingyuan. The hotel is not fully completed and the area around has shops but not open yet but I would predict this to be a great spot to stay in the future.

到達清遠時間有點晚了，打車從清遠站到酒店衹花了7塊錢左右，離車站很近，酒店應該是新開的，周邊還有正在建設中的商業區，前面過馬路是個漁村，穿過漁村就是北江，周邊很清凈。

麗楓連鎖酒店一直都很滿意，這次選擇的是偏遠一點的，因為覺得停車方便，工作人員非常有耐心，態度也非常好，雖然登記停車有點兒麻煩，但是一直用熱情的態度讓我們心裏很舒服，願意配合。房間的設施也很不錯細節做的很到位。早餐也算是酒店配置的早餐裏面好吃的類型。

環境：大廳比較小，預計衹有50方，電梯是和其他物業一起的，到一些樓層會有上班的人進進出出，有點奇怪
設施：餐廳在3樓和其他的公司在一起，很奇怪。還有淋浴間沒有做隔水條，沖個涼出來外廁所都是水。淋浴的花灑很大，但是水壓不夠，洗的不舒服
。隔音一般般
衞生：衞生還是很好的，畢竟是屬於新酒店了，又是連鎖
服務：服務挺好的，我説我帶了孩子，所以拿多了2瓶水。退房的時候要2個購物袋也很快就送到了。臨走主動幫我倒了茶給我喝
總結：硬件一般，軟件可以

這一年住多了酒店，一進門就習慣了拍照，可能對這些連鎖的酒店就有點點要求，衹能説滿滿的期待，因為也是情人節想着可以一起在房間看電影，所有的所有，衹能説後悔沒定全季。

前台服務態度好，有問必答，給我介紹本地美食，對面有幾家吃的就還不錯，去洗衣服不夠裝，客房阿姨還給我提供了洗衣袋，房間內採光很好，景色各方面都很不錯，窗簾遮光性好，智能馬桶和藍牙音箱簡直體驗感加分了，早餐還不錯，阿姨很主動打招呼
