Best Western Plus the Inn Suites at the Falls

Hotel is beautifully located next to a river. Room is clean. Breakfast ends a bit early at 0900.

Myself, other coaches and judges stayed here while attending a local gymnastics competition. At first all seemed ok until there was a bug found in our room- staff was great and I was switched to another room and of course I very thoroughly checked to make sure no bugs and so I got to see that the new room while it looked clean on first appearances, wasn’t really. Windowsill was gross, there was a small wrapper along the baseboard which tells me it wasn’t vacuumed properly, and when I went to pull out the sofa bed there was popcorn in it. Next morning was speaking to one of the judges at the competition and she too had to switch rooms because no heat in first room, and bugs in second room, third room was less than clean feeling but had to make do since it was very late by that point.

No hot water in shower. No washcloths or mat. Breakfast was cold(eggs/sausage). English muffins were frozen, and the toaster didn't work. These are things that should not happen in hospitality work

I’m not sure what’s going on with this hotel lately. I stayed here last week and again last night, and both times the lobby and breakfast area had no heat—it was freezing. This morning there was also no hot water for a shower. The front desk attendant said she fixed it, but that didn’t help me when I needed to get to work. This used to be my go-to hotel in the Poughkeepsie area, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case.

There was zero hot water for showers and you could not sit in the dining area because the area was about 40 degrees.

Staff was nice room was horrible the bathroom sink was filled with stagnant water sitting there for idk how long the headboard just fell off the wall in the middle of the night and when i told the fromt desk at checkout all i got was oh ok

I went for the suite because it had the jetted tub. Although only 1 of the jets was functional,but for the price of $140 a night I would say the suite was good.they did forget the cloths for your face all the other hand towels and body towels were there.for the price and location it was decent.I may have did something wrong but the wifi seemed to be a bit difficult to connect to for the purpose of watching youtube,tubi,netflix etc.

The curtains need to be cleaned. I asked for towels and they said they didn't have no more let them go look before checking out before check out time I walk past a door open I look it full of towels I said look at this and I payed my money and you giving me a problem.
