Our stay at this hotel on was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by chaos at the reception, with multiple guests arguing with staff about the poor quality of accommodations that were nothing like the images and descriptions provided online. When it was our turn, we were rudely told to "put up and shut up" for the night and that an alternative room would be provided the next morning. The room we were given was far below any acceptable standard—outdated, dusty, and utterly unhygienic. The bathroom was filthy, with visible limescale and mold. Worse yet, electrical sockets were dangerously loose, exposing wires and posing a serious safety risk. When we returned to reception to demand a room change, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes in a queue of other disgruntled guests. When we were finally attended to, the staff informed us that no other rooms were available, as the hotel was fully booked. To our shock, the receptionist began shouting at us, which left my partner in tears and both of us feeling unsafe. We recorded the incident on video, fearing for our safety. After insisting on a refund, we were grudgingly given an alternative room. However, this room was just as bad—ants infested the settee, dirt and dust covered the floors and fridge, and the bathroom was moldy and disgusting. We came back and asked for a refund even with the upgrade. The man at reception refused to speak to us and didn’t give us a refund because there was no manager there. Given that it was past midnight and we were in an unfamiliar area, we had no choice but to stay in the room. The next morning, we expressed our concerns again, and the hotel offered an upgrade and an all-inclusive package. However, by then, we no longer felt safe staying at the hotel and requested a refund, which was eventually agreed upon. As a result, we left the hotel and found an alternative accommodation which was much better! They said that we would get a full refund due to our experience, and said that our company provider was in charge. But to our surprise we found out that they had lie, and would only give us a 2 day refund which they didn’t split evenly. For them to get more money for which it is not worst. I would have prefer to have slept outside on the beach! However, one women on the desk with pink highlights was wonderful, and credit to her. I personally believe that she knew that his hotel was a dive! If you don’t mind mould, limescale, ants and an aggressive male men shouting and giving you fear this is a perfect hotel! Please please don’t pay to stay here you are wasting you hard earned cash. Pay the extra money to stay in Rhodes for a proper 4 star. Better night out, lovely beaches and facilities.
