I chose this hotel because it is part of my rewards program. Check in could have been automated, but was much smoother than check out. The hotel seems like it has had a few band aid renovations. Outlets didnt work and several extension cords just to power TV, micro, fridge seemed a bit unsafe. Traveling for work, I needed a print out of my receipt upon checking out. There was no sign at the front desk and when I rang the bell, a housekeeper responded and tried to find the front desk attendant. After 20 minutes, he finally showed up and acted irritated when the housekeeper told him I was waiting. He proceeded to give the least hospitable experience I had ever had. Making several rude comments and rolling his eyes when I made my check out request. After asking for a receipt a 2nd time, he claimed he could not print one. I asked him to find or call someone who can help him. He was able to figure it out. and proceeded to throw the receipt at me, suggesting we should take it outside. Sadly, he is still employed there, so be careful asking him to do his Job.
