Lovely afternoon tea at an excellent price (all items tasted great & were freshly made) exemplary service which was polite & welcoming together with a delightful location on the River front - We had a wonderful time & look forward to visiting again in the future

The Bingham Riverhouse is such a wonderful place. I had friends from all over the world visiting for the weekend & The Bingham Riverhouse team looked after us so well. Francesco & the team arranged a table for us last minute on Friday night for Espresso Martinis. We loved how welcoming & friendly they were & the service (sorry lovely female mixologist we did not get your name. You were amazing!) martinis & dj were fabulous! We then came back for Sunday lunch. To be welcomed by Troy, Carl & the team is so gorgeous & then being looked after by Roberto & the team was exceptional. We all love Vanessa! What a beautiful person & the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much. It really was the highlight of our weekend. See you all soon.

Lovely day thanks to combination of the weather, the location by the Thames , and the staff at the Bingham. Nothing was too much trouble and very professional and well trained staff. The food was delicious at the reception and good breakfast the next morning. We stayed in a Beautiful room overlooking the river with air conditioning and very comfortable bed. As mother of the bride I felt that my daughter could not have made a better choice and she tells me that all her friends also thought the venue was exceptional. Not easy to please anxious brides and the Bingham do it with apparent ease.

The Riverhouse Restaurant served up a variety of options, all made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. It’s clear that quality and sustainability are a priority here. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with some offering beautiful views of the river, which made it a great place to unwind after a full day of meetings. The staff went above and beyond in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Bingham Riverhouse is an ideal venue for business events. It combines elegance, functionality, and great service, all in a peaceful location that is still close to central London. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a productive yet relaxing business meeting.

This is probably the best hidden gem in Richmond. Yuliia gave us the best service/experience, she was very hospitable & made us feel warm & at home! The prices were very reasonable considering how private it is. I will definitely be visiting again:)

The hotel managed to arrange anti-allergy (non-feather) pillows and duvets in advance for me and they were wonderfully comfortable. Great views from the River view room and tasteful décor. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyable stay.
