Hôtel bastion plus propre que le précédent mais malheureusement toujours pas à la hauteur de son prix malgré tout. Pour un cours séjour afin de juste dormir sur place cela suffit attention aussi au restaurant que je trouve cher pour ce que c’est ainsi que le « verre offert » normalement dans tout les bastion hôtel, celui ci a été « oublier » lors de notre arrivés nous l’avons donc demander au cours du service du soir, la première serveur semblait ne pas savoir de quoi nous parlions et a demander sa responsable celle ci nous a demander si nous voulions qu’elle aille voir elle aussi son supérieur, par politesse et surtout par gène nous avons déclinés cette offre ensuite nous avons quand même été voir le réceptionniste afin de payer notre repas et ainsi lui toucher un mot sur ce fameux ticket qui au final nous a été tendu tant bien que mal. Nous avons effectivement vu qu’il ne le donnais à aucun clients serais donc dû à un oubli ou à l’envie de ne pas faire profiter de cette offre qu’eux même ont mit en place ? En soit l’hôtel est suffisant mais ne vous attendais à du grand luxe surtout pour un 4 étoiles.

I wouldn’t waste money on this hotel especially as there is a 4 star one 5mins away that is cheaper. The room wasn’t as clean as one would expect. We found a clump of hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The heater makes an awful noise which is disturbing if you are trying to sleep and the shower was broken. Asked if we could change rooms and the receptionist on duty didn’t seem as though she was interested in helping us. Asked for a kettle for the room but it was full of lime scale so couldn’t even use it. Bathroom door is frosted glass so not much privacy when on the toilet. No shelf in the shower to stand shower gels/shampoo etc. The only positive is that the beds we’re comfortable.

Close to the highway. Nice location and not busy. Rooms are very good and clean. Good price. I stay here once a year every new year’s eve to get some good sleep and it’s pretty quiet environment. Staffs are good and friendly.

The worst hotel I've ever visited. Originally hot the room close to there gym what was very stinky and quite dirty. The room switched for free for a better one. Receptionists were polite and nice, breakfast good enough, but the hotel itself was not clean and did not smell nice. Communication via *********** platform did not work at all. Final invoice should be sent to me by email, but didn't get anything even asking by separate email. This is not what I expect from standard hotel.

Most things you would need in a room, beds were okay but thick duvet meant a restful hot night sleep. Nespresso Coffee machine with two capsules, fridge, safe and some soap and shower gel. Shower was good and powerful, didn't use the TV. Check in and out was easy and there was tea and coffee near reception. Biggest issue for me was coming back and the cleaner being in the room before check out. Not only would they be doing the room twice as we needed to shower and therefore using the new replaced towels but even when we came back the cleaner came back into the room whilst we were in there. We had others who came back to a clean room and they also needed showers and had not checked out. It's a strange thing to see, I would have liked to have a sign on the door so this didn't happen. Hotel ordered taxis for us in the morning which was very helpful.

Value for money, but bedside reading lamp was broken and electrical plug for coffee machine forced us to place coffee machine on floor when using laptop on desk. Overall state of the room and hotel was good.

The Bastion Hotel Den Haag / Rijswijk is close to the A4 motorway, making it easily accessible by car. We were going to De Broodfabriek and for that it is a good base as this event complex is only a few minutes' walk away. We paid over €150 for a relatively simple double room with breakfast which is relatively much we thought in terms of price-quality. The room was reasonably well cared for but very small. The bathroom was cold and somewhat "dirty" . The "free" enclosed parking was a nice touch in the neighbourhood where the hotel is located. Disadvantage is that dinner is not served on Fridays and weekends. This is not mentioned on their website and a nearby restaurant is at least a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was complete, space of the the restaurant/lobby is a bit unsociable.

Eigenlijk was alles prima, goed bed, goed kussen, prima ontvangst, mooie badkamer,alles is schoon, goed bedlinnen, fijne handdoeken, behalve de airconditioning. Deze maakte zoveel geluid dat ik simpelweg niet kon slapen. Dat is het primaire doel van een hotel.

Camere molto basiche, letti scomodissimi, mi sono alzata dal letto con mal di schiena. Dormito malissimo anche per via dei rumori che si sentivano nel corridoio, ci sono state persone che strillavano, e si sentono tutte le porte che si aprono e si chiudono. Colazione a buffet molto scarsa e di bassa qualità.

Leuk en net hotel op het industrieterrein van Rijswijk vlak bij de rijksweg. De bediening was netjes, en de kamers waren er schoon uit. Je bent vlak bij Zoetermeer, Den Haag, Rijswijk als je wilt gaan shoppen. Ook een aanrader is de Pathe bioscoop in Rijswijk.
