Quality Inn & Suites

The place is clean enough but getting very run down. Paint is peeling off the walls in our bathroom in huge swaths! Shower hardware is loose in our handicap accessible room and there appears to be mildew in the corners. Our stay was ok but for $150 a night I was disappointed in our room. 1 nightstand, bright lights outside our room all night. The place appears tired and uncared for, would not recommend.

Average at best and will do the basic job i.e. shelter and that works. The problem I have is that like the Quality Inn in Andrews the web site ad says “Free hot breakfast” and yes the waffle iron is hot but thats it. The breakfast is a weak, very weak continental like during covid; same as Andrews. Thank goodness there is a McDonalds nearby. I have stayed in some great Quality Inns and Comfort Inns but the general inconsistency of Choice Hotels really gives me pause because you really have to dig down to find out the quality. I have not had to do that with Holiday Inn Express.

Highly recommend this hotel. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable,pillows soft and comfy. Bath towels huge and heavy, bathroom clean. Shower needed to be a bit hotter. Staff friendly and accommodating. Felt very safe. Great place to stay for the weary traveler.

The room and public areas were very clean, and appeared to have been redecorated recently. The room was small but adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was basic and simple. The first night there was no hot water, but that was corrected the next day; the water heater had been turned off during while the city had been working on water lines but inadvertently not turned back on.

This is a converted microtel. The bed was comfortable enough but the room is tiny and difficult for 2 to maneuver at the same time. Not enough outlets and only one bedside table. Took 5 minutes for shower to get hot - but then only luke warm at best. No guest laundry available. The town has very little to offer as far as food with nothing but Mac Donald’s open on Sundays.

1. I arrived at hotel 3:30pm check in is 3pm i was told room wasn’t ready. i waited 2hrs until 5:30, when I was checked in and given room key card for # 307. I go to room 307 slide card go in only to find a lady in the room! Needless to say it scared her and embarrassed me. I go back to desk shared what had happened. I was told to wait wit any apology. I waited until 6:45 until I got a room. 2. 8/4 /23 the last night of my stay i was awakened at 10:45pm which loud banging on my room door. I heard someone saying come to the door. At the door i was told ny the manager that he needed my card to take down and run because I didn’t check in when i arrived on 8/2/23. To which I replied no way I did check in but I’ll be at the front desk in 10 mins. 3. Once at the desk I tell the manager i have already had my card ran, he insist it hasn’t been. I tell him i don’t want to be charged twice, he assures me i want be so i let him run it again (mistake)! 4. I get home the night of 8/5 i check my bank website for the hotel charge. I had three charges 1 correctly matched my check out receipt the other two were fraudulent totaling $741.19. 5. I have stayed at this property the 2 previous years while attended a annual event in the area with no issues at all. Upon arrival this year I found that management has changed since 8/22 and not for the better! 6. I will certainly will not stay here or any other “Choice “ hotel property again. I called both the hotel they are clueless only thing i got was that it seems i paid for both rooms. I called Choice HQ they were no help. I am working with my bank to resolve the issue, do your self a favor and avoid this Hotel in Robbinsville at all cost!!
