I searched by filtering with condition of “Hotel +4 star + 5 star “ in *********** when I looked for a hotel to stay in Rome for my family’s trip in July. Then Spagna Royal Suit popped out with all the positive comments and high grade in ***********. With trust with ***********, I paid in total around 3800 Euro from July 10-17 2022 to book a Luxury one bedroom apartment with Spagna Royal Suit in Rome. However in order to make sure what we booked is Hotel, I contacted *********** who asked me to contact with Spagna Royal Suit. Spagna Royal Suit made me believe with phone and email. They sent me by email pictures of the room my family will stay . We checked in on July 10, we were very shocked to see how horrible the room was, it was totally different compared to the description and email confirmation. There was no luxury, not even could be called basic, toilet and shower was dirty. Coach with cigarette burn hole, pillow with hair. And the elevator could only accommodate two people maximum, if there is fire, what can happen? After the night, on July 11, my family moved out to other hotel. Spagna Royal Suit refused to refund any of my payment, saying I had paid with non-refundable term. However, Spagna Royal Suit I felt I was cheated, It was a scam. I lost 3800Euro, yet I had no way to claim my loss. Why Spagna Royal Suit is pushed to customer pretending to be hotel instead of just a guesthouse? Why my pictures posted on *********** are not published ? Who is hiding?
