Cascade Motel in Townsville

No one attended at the reception where it’s say open till 8.00 pm with a very long drive and final arrived at motel. Caused everyone chaos, you can send email with instructions how to check in or key code to retrieve the keycard.

Love these apartments

Pool is roughly half the size that the pictures make out but it's still nice enough. The hotel is ok. Clean but they need to look behind doors for dirt as well. There was significant grot behind the bathroom door which you see when you close the door and under the basin which you see while sitting on the toilet. Not nice. It was very noisy. Kids running up and down outside the room and parents yelling. Mowers going etc etc. Between the rooms there was no noise but from outside it's a real issue with people coming and going. In all it was an ok stay but I wouldn't be inclined to book again.

The room was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and decent accommodation for the price. well worth the stay. Geoff was very polite and organized my room key for after hours pick up. will revisit.

I flew in late and left early, the booking was easily done and managed with ease. I appreciated that. You won’t be disappointed

Had everything that we needed. Could cook in room, pool clean. Well maintained

This is probably the nicest motel we've stayed in. Staff were wonderful and helpful, room was big, lovely kitchenette set up. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
