VERY VERY BAD !!, I don't recommend it for anyone!. I couldn't even sleep comfortable the whole night there was a sound coming from a ceiling I don't know whether it was a bird or a bat trapped inside the ceiling. The food I only had few bites it wasn't nice (for instance the mushroom for breakfast it didn't even look appetising. The owner also needs to renovate the place, it is in bad condition and the furniture is in bad condition it looks like the rats will come out of the wardrobes anytime.

Service excellence is prioritised, the staff and the shuttle services were invaluable friendly and always on time

Please try to put showers in every room. No real problem about the bathtub but would really prefer the shower. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the receptionist and staff at large. Good work

The place looked clean but it wasn’t.From the smell of a wet mats to bed bugs having a feast on us.it was very traumatic to see my 5 yr old and my 1 yr old having bruises on their bodies,from those tiny creatures.we didn’t even know what was happening,at some point we bought mosquitoes spray and it didn’t work,until I wake up one day and my neck and back was attacked,and I realised it was from the headboard.I switched on my flash from the phone to check and oh LordI don’t want to describe them!my body is itching already.it was the first time I see those tiny things.it was disgusting!it was a horrible holiday.my husband’s face was swollen like he was beaten up.i will never recommend this guest house.i told the staff but it was too late,we stayed there for two weeks and only realised this on the last day,and we were supposed to extend our stay but we couldn’t.we suffered in that guesthouse

We were disappointed by the finer details of cleanliness. Towels and sheets were not clean, I had to remove the sheet before sleeping. Towels had stains of foundation and more and I don’t use make-up.

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. To start off, the gate remotes were not properly working and this doesn't inspire much confidence. We had to immediately ask for the beddings to be changed - they weere all soiled with makeup- clear they were not changed when the last guest left. Not to mention those beddings belong in the bin, they are old and stinking. We were asked to select food items for breakfast - this was the biggest rip off of note - we could have spent less and had a delightful meal at Wimpy. The website images must be from ages ago but the place needs a serious refurbishment - we pay money - as the owner you are not doing us any favours. This kind of service makes me wary of supporting small businesses and guest houses - they simply don't care but are always in a rush to ask for money. You can't make money out a dump. Very disappointed with this establishment - to think that we drove all the way from Johannesburg to this experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
