We would definitely recommend Shady Acres. We were allowed to check in early and get our keys and then head to the park. The room was super close to Silver Dollar City and best of all, clean. We will plan to stay again next year as this was our second time.

Very reasonable price for very clean rooms and the friendliest staff you could ask for. Located close to all attractions but still a very quiet place to stay. Never hear the rooms next to your room. Has cable tv and a strong WiFi signal. Highly recommend Shady Acres Inn.

Excellent! We love staying here it’s close to Silver Dollar City but close to many things to do and see. Always clean and well maintained. Great Owners that are on site if you have any issues. Bed slept wonderful and in room coffee pot was nice in the morning

Everything I expect when renting a room are there. Quite location,clean room,comfortable bed,lots of hot water for shower, friendly helpful staff, reasonable price. We have stayed here over 10 nights. Nevered been disappointe👍👍👍🙏

Such clean rooms! Very affordable, and tucked away in green space. It’s owned and run by a family that cares about your stay. My daughter’s room had a funky ‘70s flavor, which made me jealous. 😊 I would recommend Shady Acres to anyone planning a trip to Branson.

I almost hate to review Shady Acres because we love it so much and want to keep it our little secret. We love it here. It is our “go to” place any time we come to Branson. It is so reasonably priced, clean, quiet, & out of the way from all the hustle & traffic in Branson. Nothing fancy. But we’re not there to be entertained. There is no breakfast, which is not a big deal to us. We just go into Branson West & enjoy a delicious breakfast at Donnie’s. Owners/staff are always so friendly & helpful. So… I guess the secret’s out… I highly recommend Shady Acres! You won’t be sorry.

The inn was great. I love a family runned business. The room was clean and very close to Silver Dollar City. Great price and close to the shows. You will not be sorry if you stay here. The owners were very nice and able to communicate with by phone or text.

We are repeat customera of Shady Acre. Our recent stay at Shady Acre was yet again a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. We highly recommend Shady Acre for anyone looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay.

The BEST place we have ever stayed at in Branson! All of the staff were very friendly. Very quiet & nice area. Reasonable nightly rate. Since it was our anniversary they provided a hand written card on the table & cookies on the pillows when we walked into the room. Each morning they check in with you via text to make sure you don't need anything. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. Such a very cozy location! We've already booked again for our stay in December. Definitely recommend to anyone!
