I booked a king bed room for my wife and I at the 21c in St. Louis 2 MONTHS in advance of a 26th wedding anniversary trip to St. Louis. We drove 5 hours from Cincinnati to attend a concert at Busch Stadium, and had booked 3 nights at 21c to spend a little time in St. Louis, take in the attractions, etc. Somehow, during the booking process, the hotel made a mistake and assigned us a BUNK BED room (very romantic for a wedding anniversary, eh?). I called the front desk as soon as we walked in our little bunk room to inform them that they had made a mistake and that we needed to be moved. They said the hotel was already overbooked and they could not move us, and said/did NOTHING to attempt to make amends or make things right. I was very unhappy with that experience, and how we were treated. I would not recommend 21c St Louis for that reason, and will never go back. This is not how you treat your guests when their base expectations are not met.
