Hôtel Ibis Styles Saint-Malo Centre Historique

雅高集團連鎖酒店。在老城大門入口附近。設施比較好 但樓的建築相對比較古老。老城裡商業街比較方便，家樂福超市比較便宜。

We booked 2 nights, a Standard room for 2 persons and 1 kid 4 years old. We got confirmation. Upon our arrival, receptionist applied EXTRA charge €50 for 1st night in Premium room (room 100) and €200 for the family room of 2nd night with the reason that we are 3 persons and the hotel doesn’t offer free services for kids more than 2 years old. This is NOT totally acceptable with hotel confirmation that we received, specially we’re platinum and All Plus clients of Accord. Ibis style didn’t respect Accord hotel rules. We got very bad experience for our first night in Premium room. We walk up many times by the noise from the street, odeur of carpet and toilet was too strong. Never come back.

Nicolas what an amazing ambassador you are for the Ibis brand, great Customer service and help from the beginning of our stay Rooms are spacious and comfortable, my only slight grumble is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, I hope on the next fitout this can be added, apart from that I’m very happy, thank you

Friendly staff - nothing too much trouble, Bedrooms are excellent and comfortable. Breakfast also excellent. Only minor comment would be that this hotel has what appears to be the world's smallest lift!! This hotel has never let us down ever on several visits

The location is great this is the plus of this hotel. Unfortunately there are sevral downsides. There is no lift, the rooms and bathroom are really small. Parking could be a problem. There are several parking lots but , we were there on a Saturday and it was very difficult to find a parking that we found very far form the hotel. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is average. It0s not worth the price.

It was the smallest hotel room that we have ever stayed in. The headboard of the bed was against one wall, the side of the bed was 12/18 inches away from the window and the wall at the bottom of the bed was about 12/18 inches away from the end of the bed. The only way to navigate around the room was to walk sideways like a crab. The wall at the end of the bed had a wall mounted TV, and with the bracket fixing it to the wall, it protruded about 6 inches away from the wall. In order to get to the bathroom, you have to walk sideways along the end of the bed and then bend 45% so that you don't bang your shoulder against the TV (which we both managed to do at least once). We went in June and it was hot.If you left the window open, you were kept awake until the early hours by the loud revellers leaving the bars and restaurants. If you had the windows closed, you couldn't sleep as you were uncomfortably hot. The hotel really needs some Air Conditioning. The staff were really nice, particularly the receptionist, Nicholas who was very helpful. The breakfasts are good, so it's a real shame that the room was so tiny and rather spoilt our stay.

We usually try to support the small guys rather than the big chains but chose the ibis for convenience on this occassion, All we can say is wow! The staff were on par with a small family run hotel, nothing was too much trouble. we arrived off the ferry and left our luggage, well aware that we were too early to check in. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we returned at 3pm to officialy check in receptionist 2 was as equally helpful and friendly. We then, after a heavy day ,decided to have a coffee before saying goodnight to the day, receptionist number two with a very genuine smile advised us that these were free and showed us where they were. Next morning.... breakfast... plentiful and fresh, very good selection of a continental breakfast with again, excellent customer service from the male on duty. (sorry we did not take a note of any names) room was spotlessly clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room is too small! The bathroom is so tiny that it is difficult to use. We led to changing rooms to a larger one, but we were informed that all rooms have - practically - the same size ... The breakfast room is very tight and the coffee very simple and little appetizing.

The hotel was well located and sits right by the wall, in an area surrounded by good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast adequate and the common parts were well kept, clean and tidy. There is good paid parking nearby. We were checked in by Nicholas who could run training courses on customer care! Nothing was too much trouble and he could not have been more friendly and welcoming. He gave advice on local restaurants and general information about the town.
