B&B Hotel Morlaix

Horrendous DO NOT BOOK. Wish I had taken previous reviews more seriously when booking in May for our August stay. Arrived in evening for one night stay with 3 young children and couldn't enter carpark to start with...managed to get through with help from another guest but then access code to hotel would not work. Phoned national number and they tell me they have cancelled my booking. Made no sense to me as had multiple confirmation and welcome emails leading up to and on the day itself with details of our stay. All I got was an apology and left stranded at 9pm with nowhere to go. A kind guest offered one of her rooms to us but soon discovered that neither of their rooms were cleaned and no cleaners or staff on-site. A big disgrace and should be closed down (reading the most recent reviews). Shameful.

Arrived couldn’t get in!! No one on site with our young children. No email of access codes stranded outside in cold!! Phone number cuts off 24/7 helpline no answer numerous times. Disgusting Do not book!! Rang number we then sourced our own hotel hour half away to have somewhere to stay the night

Très bonne expérience que notre court séjour au B&B de Morlaix! Un accueil très sympathique, souriant et avec une petite touche d’humour. Notre chambre était très propre. Notre fille a beaucoup aimé le principe de la chambre en mezzanine, ça change du lit superposé! Le petit déjeuner était suffisamment copieux pour nous avec tout le nécessaire. Les jeunes gérants ont a priori repris l’hôtel récemment, et ils ont déjà beaucoup d’idées pour la suite. Nous ne pouvons que vous encourager! De notre côté, nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour!
