酒店還行，但默認不提供客房服務，要叫才提供，而且叫了後也不給放新的瓶裝水。酒店的自助早餐比較簡單，應該算略好點的美式早餐吧，比英式或歐式早餐差太多。酒店位置挺好，出去幾分鐘就是海。停車太貴，每晚35刀valet parking，我們走到兩個block外的公共停車樓停車還行，每晚十幾刀吧。

I recently stayed at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront from July 24-26, 2024, and had a deeply disappointing experience. Despite Hilton's reputation for quality, our stay was marred by several serious issues. Upon arrival, our room smelled moldy, the bed sheets were damp, and the overall condition was rundown. We tried to make the best of it, but things quickly got worse when we discovered a bed bug in our room. Horrified, we immediately contacted the front desk. The manager on duty offered to move us to another room, but we were too mortified to stay and decided to leave. I requested a refund, but was told to contact another manager. I did so and eventually received a response stating that an inspection found no infestations and that our reservation was checked out without any associated fees. However, this response failed to address the severity of our experience or provide any meaningful resolution. The lack of empathy and the presence of bed bugs in our room are unacceptable. This incident not only caused significant discomfort but also posed a health risk. Hilton's failure to properly address our concerns and provide adequate compensation has left me highly dissatisfied. I can no longer trust Hilton Hotels for my accommodation needs and urge potential guests to reconsider before booking at this location. My experience was far from the standard I expected from Hilton, and I hope management takes immediate action to improve their service and address these serious issues.

Check in was not smooth or friendly, room a/c had major issues, some hair in shower, shower water just passable for a upscale hotel, beds and pillow decent, no complimentary coffee in lobby in morning, no apology for air conditioning issue. Won’t be back.

Stayed here out of necessity due to hurricane Milton! We don’t want to say never, however, we doubt we will ever stay here again or recommend to any out-of-town guests! As a Hilton diamond member, this property and their amenities were definitely subpar.

My daughter and I stayed there from Oct 4th -6th. The front desk were amazing, Keaton, Jimmy , Zach and everyone made us feel very welcome. Very helpful. We got an early check in. But before our room was ready we could enjoy the hotel's many amenities. This hotel was clean, modern and had a good vibe! Very close to shops, restaurants and pier. We would love to stay there again in then future. Thanks so making our short trip wonderful!!!

The Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront has one of the best lobbies among the big-name hotels downtown—spacious, modern, and inviting. However, the experience was a bit mixed overall. The restaurant was just okay; there are definitely better dining options nearby at similar prices, so I’d recommend exploring the local spots. Our bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but the maintenance team was quick to address an issue we had, which was appreciated. The front desk was busy during check-in and check-out, but the staff were helpful once we got through. It’s worth noting that the main demographic seemed to be business travelers, but we stayed as a family and found it to be a decent option, though not overly family-oriented.

We booked our room for this evening and was told that our room got canceled. Odd. After further investigation we found out that Biajani at the front desk sold our room to someone else. This means we were without a room for the night. I’m absolutely in awe that Hilton would allow this to happen. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WITH BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL!

When checking in, Jimmy deserves 5 stars. The room was a standard room but not worth the extra money for a higher floor. Went to take a shower in the morning before checking out but it wouldn’t turn on. We were getting ready to leave anyway so I stopped at the front desk. The assistant manager was there and genuinely seemed irritated I was there as her exact words were “is it something quick you need?” I told her we were checking out but also wanted to let her know the shower wasn’t working. I received no apology, just a “you should have called us to let us know right away”. I replied it just happened right before I got dressed to leave so I’m letting you know right away. And she replied she’ll let maintenance know but she was training someone and sent me on my way. No offer to discount my room rate or a bottle of water. Nothing.
