Citadines Arpora Nagoa Goa

It was a wonderful stay for us. It's a place which gives homely feel with hotel services. The staff , hygiene, food, ambience all of it was superb. We would love to comeback again to citadines soon. So if your planning for Goa then you must try Citadines.

Our decision to book this hotel and leave another 5-star hotel was our biggest mistake. The hotel does not properly clean the rooms; they merely make the beds. They never emptied the trash and left all the utensils dirty. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We lost our Apple Pro Buds and received no assistance from them, despite showing them the last known location of the buds within the hotel. If you're planning to stay just one night, this might be passable, but for any longer stays, be prepared for exceptionally poor service. We had to wait for three hours after requesting glasses and cups before they were delivered. Their breakfast was the worst I've ever had, offering no variety and lacking in taste. However, if you order from the menu, which costs extra, you're given tiny portions at huge prices. The refillable items in the bathroom leaked, and we had to purchase our own soap and shower gel from a nearby shop because they ignored our requests for replacements. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Our stay at Citadines Goa was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had. We stayed for two nights and booked seven spacious 2BHK rooms, which were impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. We hosted my son's birthday party there, and the arrangements were flawless. The banquet hall was perfect for the event, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a projector and microphone. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options, especially the chicken dishes and the breakfast spread, which everyone enjoyed. The pool was also clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The entire process, from booking the venue to organizing the event, went smoothly thanks to the excellent management. A special mention to Sandeep Ahire, the operations head, and his team, including Jennifer, Akash, and Yashwini, for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Our family and friends only had to say tht we were the "best hosts" Which was possible coz of stay at Citadines.. I highly recommend Citadines Goa for family gatherings, events, or even a relaxing getaway with friends. It was a wonderful experience that we won't forget!

It was our family trip at citadines all the staff are very helpful specially like to mentioned the name Ms YASHVINI she helped us with lot of things and always ready to help for everything. The place is very awesome and we really find a pleasant stay with family will recommend everyone to go to this property again wanted to say thanks to all staff members of front office who always take care of our needs .

Property itself is very nice as it’s newly opened also the staff was amazing especially Mr.Fahim & Yashwani. Will definitely visit again for this heartwarming welcome at Citadines. The food was also amazing whether the breakfast or the dinner.

This is very amazing place for stay because is very clean area , staffs are very good 😊,you should explore without any fear ,they provide any thing on the time you want. Pool area is very joyful 🥰🥰 Yha ka breakfast ,lunch and dinner bahut hi tasty tha bagal m shop bhi h jaha se aap apne personal use ke liye saman bhi la skte h , medical bhi pass m hi h jise kisi tarah ki koi dikkat bhi nhi aati
